The hotel has a great location within an easy walking distance to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The rooms are quite nice, the only drawback is they were quite hot, and there are no private bathrooms within. The toilet merely has a 1meter wall around it so if you are staying there with a friend or a new lover, be aware that you won’t have any privacy going to the bathroom.

The hosts are wonderful people, and the breakfast offered is delicious

Very affordable, small intimate guest villa. Guests are taken care of very well- The staff is lovely. Room was spacious. No street noice. Less than 10 minutes walk to maine street and 5 minutes more to a lovely beach.

Just a 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants. Quaint Bu0026B with gracious hosts. Comfortable rooms with mini fridge and television. Bathrooms are nice with hot water. Pool on courtyard. Relax in wonderful Bali.

Located in hidden and not to far from sindhu market, at night is very quite and completky defferent then main street busy, highly recommend if you looking for retreat place and peacefull serenity, i was drop my client from airport to sunrising at 10 pm , pass true the small lane and it was adventure to find this hotels from airport, a sign of this hotel only view in main road that sticky on wall, its says rising sun bumi villa, 17/39 bumi ayu. I was used GPS on google map to find this hotel for my customer and it was easy to find, if no gps please make sure you have a phone number of the villa rising sun.
Over all, as a local Driver and tour guide in Seminyak Bali i recommend you to book this hotel for your stay in sanur.

Nice bed u0026 breakfast really beautiful room good swimming pool comfortabel bed. A good breakfast is the Only thing it should have for a 5 star rating!

Cozy stay run by a friendly family. Willing to do everything to make you feel at home. Breakfast is lovely.
