Still one of the best Japanese grill in Jakarta. Very old establishment, don’t expect a modern u0026 chic décor. They have private rooms which I always prefer to dine in there. Their meat are delicious, succulent and tender. If you’re feeling lavish, order their variety of wagyu A5. I enjoy this type of meal than the buffet style which has lost its meaning for the sake of binge eating. Use Kawano membership to grab 10% disc and a 50% on your birthday week (Mon-Thur only).

Very good meat quality.

Ridiculously slow service on sunday lunch.

We have to call for multiple time and still won’t see their staff for 15-20 minutes.

We wanted to order more meat, but the waiting reach a point where we fell that we are already full. So we went and asked the bill instead.

A shame, we would love to have more meat.

Great quality of meats. What I like the most is how they have a lot of private room (a nice one with sofa inside too). Very spacious restaurant with fast service too.

Fantastic Japanese BBQ in Jakarta. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service provided in this restaurant.

Getting here is easy and you can park at the basement parking. It might be a bit of a maze at first to find the place.

Reserve your spot for a private room if possible for maximum enjoyment. They have lots of private room areas, btw. Meat quality is superb! It is expensive but so worth the money spent.

Just found the place this year..turns out the restaurant already old enough. The meat is so good and the service is great also. They have many private rooms, while the dining area outside is not too big. Lunch package on weekdays is really worth it and includes dessert and ice coffee.. perfect.

A Jakarta classic, it has certainly earned its 5 star badges. Has been around as long as I can remember yet the place stays consistent and yummy, with the space being refurbished continuously without disrupting service. Today we enjoyed our meal at their newest and very spacious private room that has a restroom inside. A very thoughtful convenience.
