The room was very clean and cozy.
However, front desk was not friendly, like I couldn't pay the room.
There's no service book/leaflet at all.
The room window is not soundproof at all, you can enjoy bikes illegally racing until 2 AM, even on 10th floor.

Location - very good u0026 central

Breakfast - very good u0026 lots of variety over the 6 days i stayed

Room - very old furniture / walls are moldy / toilet smells / kulkas (refrigerator) very noisy.

This Hotel not worth the 5 stars rating in my opinion.

Needs a revamp so badly.

Was held a big event here for 3 days. We booked almost all rooms in this hotel. What we got :
1. Un-responsive staff (some of their staffs even dare to ask for our food and stuffs for our event.
2. In-consistency from the management, for ex :
- They said the ballroom could afford for 80 round table, in fact it was only can afford 65 round table so we have to change our seating arrangment 1 month before event
- They got us early check in for the first time, but right after the first meeting they said they cant afford early check in
- They ask us to loading out immediately after event to set up ballrom for our breakfast, but turns out the accept other event to set up in the ballroom. We just found it out the day after the event.
3. AC in the lobby and some meeting room was off until the day our guests arrived
4. No sincere apologize for all the trouble

It was so not worth for 5 stars hotel

Definetly will not come back.

Strategic location. I Just come for wedding invitation, so far Indonesian food is yummy. For parkings area, need to improve, no security standby in basement to give direction to empty parking lot so need to around and around to find it.

Nice place for wedding either for meeting/ceminar event. Difabel friendly, having smoking area and the most important, very strategic place. Satisfying ????????

Reminisce your way through the interior and practically the whole vibes of the hotel. There's an classic feel to the room (in a good way), especially to those of you 80s babies.

An old hotel with a leak in the back hall during our stay there. Nothing special except for the delicious and complete food.
