The most amazing hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the service of the staff is on another level. From the second of arrival, during the stay, until the time you leave the hotel, you will always be greeted with what I see as sincere smiles from the staff. The JimBARan Lounge and its staff are top notch, providing amazing selection of foods and beverages–the staff are also super friendly! To conclude, from what I've experienced, you will not regret your stay here. So looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great hotel in Central Jakarta, great location near MRT station and some malls. The service is impeccable, all the staffs very attentive and provides all of our needs. The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable, they have selection of another pillows to choose from. The TV can connect to your Android phones and applications. The Japanese style toilet is impressive. Facilities around the hotel is abundance and serviceable. The breakfast is awesome, they have so much selection of cuisine and the tastes are more than average.

Its a good hotel.. so clean and cozy. Lots of Japanese people stay here, more on business trip.

For the breakfast food, they have a lot of options to choose, from local to western. I like the dimsum and chicket feet, the mango pudding also the juice.. and all the service was good here, they offer us what to drink and will bring on our table.

i had my wedding there. It was just perfect. Hotel looks beautifully designed.
Staff well trained and friendly. they help you anytime you need something.
there is really nothing to complain about this hotel.
rooms are tip top clean and very comfortable. Beds are so comfortable with the pillows.
Shower utensils smells soooo good. only reason i start to buy sensesia products.
Big thanks to Christine at the sales who helped us a lot!

If you seek for some japanese touch, here is the place (:
I love the ballroom also the toilet's architecture, it really compliment a serene and calming business meeting. Although i don't really like that the wall doesn't cover much sound from other rooms.. sometimes it seeps into my room.
But other than that, it's great! The food was great, the temperature was perfect, the Jimbaran was truly amazing (try it at clear night, it felt as you're in Bali (;

I dont smoke and I dont like the smell of the smoke. However, the only available room at the time I check in was smoking room. So, I felt terrible when I stay in the hotel this time. Except for that, other things were perfect. The breakfast menu were superb.

The room is clean and extra spacious. They provide iron, hair dryer, and plenty of cloth hangers which is extra helpful.

The service from the staff is another level. They are very helpful and ready, from lobby to the front security. They make you feel secure and comfortable during your stay.

The breakfast has many options from indonesian, western, japanese, and chinese. The pastries are amazing.
