One of the best hospital in Jakarta. This hospital is THT specialized, all of doctor here is THT specialized. I've been here since high school and always end up get well for throat problem.

During covid 19, they require you to take a rapid test first before administration things.

This is an old hospital, but their services is good. But they have limited waiting room area.

Regularly come here to do ENT(Ear, nose, throat) general check up. My experience here so far are pretty good since the service are quite fast,place is clean and most importantly the doctor we that we prefered are always present here.

One of the best hospital in Jakarta for all ENT doctors and equipment. Altough it was an old hospital but inside it had been gone thru a lot of upgrades from the inside out. The only warning is parking lot is very limited but two building before that they have an empty lot for hospital patients to park.

Good hospital for ent. Nice room I had been surgery for ear cause leak.
Friday 10aug2018 from 7am finished 11.

This hospital is a renowned hospital specializing in ear throat and nose. The price is just right and the service is very nice and professional. The place is small so beware of limited parking and small closed areas within the hospital, which is a concern during this pandemic.

Strengths:
- Nice attitude staffs, nurses, and doctors
- Strategic location
- Good treatment (acute faringitis and tonsilitis were well treated and progress shown significantly)
- Vast partnerships with various private health insurance

Weaknesses:
- Bad coordination between staffs and nurses (I had the experience of waiting for 4 hours before leaving the hospital thanks to some documentations left behind by a nurse and an accounting cashier staff didn’t follow up insurance processes thoroughly)
- Some doctors are not punctual on their schedule (1-2 hour late-waiting is to be expected thanks to doctors show up late for God knows what reasons)
- Possible unnecessary medical examinations with no confirmation or explanation in advanced (a high LDL of my relatives was instantly referred to get an Electro Cardio Graph examination by an internist, fun stuff right? While patient told no symtomps of any related heart issues. No chest pain, breathing difficulties, whatsoever)

This review is written in a way to educate society and make people more aware of their rights to get any briefing upon any medical examination we would get. The hospital has excellent past reputations, don’t let these kind of incidents tarnish that. Your expertise is well acknowledged, therefore people are still coming to seek treatments even through ER in night time (yes I had witnessed this while waiting for some administrations long overdue processes).

VERY BAD experience. I booked the appointment and inquire doctor fees. But when I reach there they started extorting more money by saying I have to do additional Covid rapid test. When I asked why they did not tell in advance? Then they just said miscommunication.
It is not a miss communication a propaganda to extort more money from patients.
I even had one test report from 29aug which I did for office they did not even accept that. Even my temperature was normal and no symptoms.
