Fast check in, decent room size, clean and superb location - near to Gedung Sarinah and food outlet. Water pressure for shower not strong enough. Haven't try the breakfast yet so can't comment on the food. Definitely would stay here again.

Bad service for receptionist. I have meeting in this hotel. I ask the receptionist about which floor the room meeting. He answered ask the committee. This would not happen in other hotel. The receptionist always tells the guest the location of the meeting room.

I think they can do some improvement with cleanliness in rooms and the temperature of the aircon. I am sure the pandemic affected this hotel too in terms of the occupancy and management. Hope things will be get better in the future.

I got here for event national meeting. This hotel has applied health protocol quite good. Food is served by employee, fruits snacks are covered in jar/wrap. But i am not so sure about the room whether it is disinfected or not. They should give a sign if rooms has been disinfected after each guest coming in. So i have to use mask while i am sleeping.
My other input for this hotel is their water shower the flow is small and hot water is not hot.

Services is very good. Food is also great on taste.

For breakfast, no staff in front of the restaurant door. We came to the restaurant like we begging for food.

Stayed here for one night. Picked this hotel because its location is near gambir. Was going to ride train in the morning. My booking was single king bed, however because i checked in late, i get double bed instead. It's an old hotel, still comfortable though. Really appreciate additional french press on the amenities, good for making coffee.

Location is amazing, near sabang food area and the city centre for shopping.
Room is clean and comfortable although a bit spartan with only basic amenities.
The biggest problem is the water. The first minute flow smells. Although it is getting better afterwards.
