Came here for a meeting. Seems like old hotel but still good and clean. There are parking lots in basement but not so spacious just like other hotels along Wahid Hasyim Rd. The food is very good, especially the Dory with Sambal Dabu Dabu.

The room was quite nice, not too big, but sufficient for a solo traveler like me, the room wasn't really soundproofed so that I could hear kids screaming and footsteps all night. I checked in around 7 pm and the guy at the front desk looked kinda unhappy....he could've used a bit of smile at least. I stayed here for two nights with breakfast...the breakfast was good, but the menu was more or less just the same for two days straight. Not too much variety of breakfast but that was enough for me. The security there was really nice and helpful. Location is the best part of this place. It's located literally near to every tourist places like Monas, Istiqlal mosque, Sarinah, etc.

It was not a good experience. When we were there, there was a shooting and the hotel management didn't even inform us prior to our arrival. On top of that, nobody was in charge to help us to carry our luggages till my husband finally decided to get the trolley by himself to the room. Every time we passed the lobby, we were forced to wait to pass by. Until the day we left the hotel, nobody even told us what was happening nor even apologized for the inconvenience caused. It's the sampe of bad gesture and customers service.

Overall it's a good hotel, you are getting what you pay for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is superb. Breakfast is very acceptable and can be good at times. The variety is good too. They try to keep the hotel clean but what can you expect from a vintage hotel. The Internet speed was decent for my two kids to do homeschooling.

Stayed there for 1 night around February or March, they were still under Accor but then they dropped off from Accor.

The room was kinda basic and old, AC wasn't even that cold, bathroom was function without any problems, bed was good enough, but if you want to charge few items you would need an extension cord cos the plugs were kinda limited and no bedside power plugs.

Breakfast was OK, but for the price you get a pool and a gym, that's exceptional to have in a budget hotel. But, the main selling point was probably the strategic location, it's located only a few minutes walk to Jalan Sabang, Sarinah Building and Sarinah Busway Station.

Strategic location for business and pleasure. Meals are very nice. To bad room amenities are not to clean
