Becoming ZAP member since 2018 and start the experience in Lotte Shopping Avenue. For the reason of distance, I move into another ZAP outlet near home but unfortunately it really difficult to schedule the treatment until I found ZAP Premier in Menteng and I feel comfort since the first treatment ♡ till now I choose to stay doing my routine treatment in here although go through in quite a distance. Thank you for all helpful Staffs and Doctors ♡

The place is clean and nice. Staff also very friendly, highly-skilled, and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place for treatment ????

I've been a customer at Zap Menteng since 2018. Their service is always the best, from the front office, Mbk Dede and Mbk Citra to Dermatologist Dr. Eyleny. Thank you for being patient and serving me wholeheartedly ❤????

Nice service and staff. Less for 1 star because first time I made an appointment more than 1 week and they cancel me the date of my appointment.

I proceeded a foto facial acne package. The treatment is not really useful. The acne scar are not faded.
