Disgusting hotel that is rundown. This is being used as an isolation hotel charging 2 million rupiah per night. Foreigners are being forced to pay this insane high price to stay here by the government. Shame on the government and this hotel owner!!! Stains on side of bed. No water pressure. No hot water. Stains all over carpets.

Unsanitary condition of furniture fixture u0026 equipments. Unsanitary beddings u0026 linens. Now used for exclusively covid positive guests. Beware! Lots of rooms have no open windows, just glass with no opening. Thus, very strong cigarette u0026 stale smell lingers. Will give no star if possible.

Stay away from this hotel. Inhumane condition for Covid-19 isolation. This should be a no star rating.
The hotel name is recently changed to Matsuri. Mati suri means near-death experience.

Recently they changed the name back to Cemara hotel. Beware of this scam.

The quality of breakfast at this hotel is good. room conditions are good, only the width of the room and the width of the hall is slightly smaller than it should, especially when a family (husband, wife and children) stay. However, one thing that surprising is the cash payment of room rate is 30% more expensive than tha Agoda price.

I ordered a non smoking room, but the first time I get into the room, it reeks of cigarettes smell. The bed is good, not great, but could be better. Other than that, it's fine. Good and helpful staff

Carpets in rooms and hallways seem not have been properly cleaned in many years. Bubbling paint/plaster on walls in rooms, mould visible on ceilings. Great location and views from upper floors; but you can do better for the price.

Centrally located. Somewhat better than IBIS Arcadia. However, I have reservations about the implementation of no smoking regulations. I stayed for a week but could get the stench of cigars from the nearby smoker's lounge. Breakfast is OK. But, I noted hair at least on a couple of occasions on the buffet table. The rooms are dark and at times the music beamed can be annoying. Overall B.
