First time visit here. It's a huge library and most complete library in Indonesia.
For newcomer, please come early because the process to make an ID Card really takes time.
Well, we managed to get it before 12 o'clock. While waiting the queue, we visited children section and read some book.
The section is very nice, comfy, and a lot of coloured and interactive books.

Overall, it's recommended to go there.
I am also eager to revisit the library, hope can find some interesting book to read.

Super cool place! Sad I never went sooner. I especially loved the museum up front (where most of my pictures are from). I can't wait to look more upstairs and actually see all the books! And maybe use the study space. There's wifi and a Cafe there as well.

The place is not that big, but has 24 floors. Horribly crowded, endless elevator queue. Just keep in mind when you come here, find lesser crowd time.

It's totally free which is nice. You can get locker too. No need for registration unless you're borrowing books.

Love this national library! it offers high techs here and there. for instance, to make a membership card, it only took like 3-5 minutes until we get a rfid card with our photos on it. and we could use the card to visit and borrow books right away. all the books are completed with Rfid too. unfortunately, some of the books cannot be borrowed either due to the limited stock or wrong input in the system. but overall, we love it.

The elevators is awful, always full especially during lunch time. 5 elevators and all of them are full, takes a light years to wait 'till u have a 'chance' to use them after a little 'fight' for a little space in the elevator.

But the view from 24th floor is quite good. The foods served in the canteen is tasty and not pricey. The services from security and employees is so well. The toilet is clean. Wifi speed? Still faster than ur crush's reply lol

And, idk why but Indosat(IM3) doesn't seem to have a good signal even when i am on the outdoor space on 24th floor. I mean, it shows 3/4 bar signal but took so long to load a page. Come on Indosat (?)

Don't ask about the book collection. It is a library.

the best place to visit to study and learn more about this country. lots of books available. member card is free.

There's a wide variety of books you could read. You will need a member card to borrow books, but you can make one on the same day. The books are on floor 5-24, which is only accessible by the elevator. However, there's an awfully long queue to get up, it will take at least 15 min. They should make stairs/escalator accessible up to floor +4 for people who don't want to wait the elevator.
