Come on. Food Poisoning is a simple matter you said? Lol. Even Allianz approved that that was an emergency. To all the brand dont use this as your 3rd parties. BIG NO! Have no consistency on their answers. They said to the hospital that my membership is not 30 days yet so they cannot covers even tho I have emergency fund on Allianz, but they told my family that FOOD POISONING DO NOT NEED TO GO TO HOSPITAL AND OPNAME. I spent 3 days 2 night in hospital tho.

How about other people that died because of food poisoning? Simple matter. HAHA :)

Find better employee and customer services instead. Ugh.

Extremely pedantic over insurance claim. If an insurance is managed by this company, stay the heck away. They would use any technicality to deduct your claim.
