The room was nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast taste was very nice and a lot of food choices. The only problem was a on a bathroom, we found that the switch between head shower and hand shower wasn’t working properly. The water just come out everywhere, from the switch, head shower and hand shower. Since we checked in quite late at night and the kids were sleep so we manage to report it on the next day and it was fixed by the engineering. g

Affordable, location is great, quiet with lots of trees in the surrounding.

Service is also great. Special mention to Leni one of the staff at the restaurant. Always smiling, warm and hospitable.

Thanks Hotel Mercure. Will definitely recommend and book this hotel again in the future business trip.

I thought at first it was just hotel for business as the location is in the business center.. when I opened the room it turned out that it had a room that was suitable for kids, so I made my wish list. On august they had promo and I directly booked.. my children are happy because there is game arcade in the room, also it has kids corner with kids meal and kids activity, the pool is also kids-friendly.. will be back for sure..

This hotel is place near everything along with crowd of jakarta. The room is quite cozy, with good bfast and service.
It takes no more than 5 min to check in, and get the key.
They announced this place just have renovation after pandemic, so everything looks new and fresh.

The one and only my disappointment is, i cant borrow spoon and plate after ordering food from the outside.

Just enough for a 4-star hotel. It has a really nice meeting room but the room needs to improve. The water heater didn't work well while I spent 3 nights here. The food is ok but the placement is a bit confusing coz they put the dishes here and there.

Held an event here, their service was great. We use the sky ballroom, located in the 6th floor. Small hotel, had pool, probably had gym too. Parking was limited but we can park in building across the hotel. The food provided was also great, there are 2 portion and 4 snack, a lot!

Check in need improvement to accept flexibility name a little different from the identity card and the Agoda booking receipt. Take 1 hour or more to confirm and make changes. Hotel shall let us check in rooms first because we tired. Later can submit or claim back if anything.
