Excellent experience from reception to the doctor . I was reassured and a full explanation of a treatment plan and costs was discussed in detail. I would highly recommend this place !

Hi me and my wife did 4 cycles to 2 different IVF centres in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur

I must say that Morula IVF is excellent place, good knowledge doctors
The only drawbacks are limited parking lots, que time and time spent at the cashier.

Our 5th IVF finally succeed

The service is so bad, there're so many miscommunication and misunderstanding here! What a waste, because the facility is an international standard I think, but the staff is not.

Superr sloww service. I queue half hours just to do payment. There are 5 packs of bills that are waiting to do payment and never called. But the standing queue keeps adding. I ask them why need to wait so long for payment, they ask me whether i want to fo 3rd floor to do payment as no queue there. I am wowed, why dont you info me earlier. Well its not the first time.

Previous meetup, I have made arrangement 11 am u0026 get 1 message that doctor is still doing urgent action. I waited until almost 3 pm and asking them few times every 15-30 mins, and their answer is the same. Finally i got in around 3 pm. Fiuh. This place is not cheap, i expect better service to follow.

Nice services. Doctor and staff are all friendly, helpful, informative and competent. They explained things well. The place was clean too. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We came to this place looking for help but instead the staff are very ignorance and didn't give the good intention for the patient, the cashier only care for the money and didn't give us the detailed explanation, the nurse only 1, the pharmacy also has a very expensive meds, the doc just prescribed unnecessary meds

The annoying part is we waited for abt 2hrs after we has our reservation just because their incompetent internal arrangement not to mention the waiting for meds

They even gave us wrong prescription, we will never come back to this place again
