It is Nice, Clean, ORganised and very friendly staff, professional and above all a great value for money. Been great to stay here for few days while visiting Jakarta right in central area close to go anywhere by walk or gojeck or grab with only 1$ ride mostly. Recommended TOP place for backpackers

This hostel had to be the best hostel in Jakarta with helpful staff overinflated great travel advice for not just Jakarta. There is a TV available to watch movies and an awesome rooftop bar work super low prices. Great atmosphere here

The ambience and lounges are great, so plenty of opportunities to socialize and talk to other guests over drinks or play pool in the lobby. The rooms are decent but definitely not fancy. I had some exposed, cracked concrete next to my bed, but it was just aesthically unappealing, didn't impede my sleep at all. Complimentary breakfast is good and filling, and there's even a rooftop boxing/workout area next to the bar. The location is also convenient and you can easily access trains and taxis.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at because the staff are so lovely and personable. Not to mention that there is enough entertainment in the hostel itself that you don't even need to go into the city to meet cool people and have a good time. Beds are very comfortable and clean with curtains, the air conditioning is perfect, and the hot water showers make for a perfect stay. I definitely recommend staying here!

Amazingly friendly staff and possibly the best hostel I’ve been to yet, Six Degrees will definitely deliver on its promises. Comfy sofas, a hip rooftop garden, and a really nice breakfast included in the price, there’s really nothing not to like about this place. Comes highly recommended, I’d definitely stay here again. :)

Wow! This owner is totally absurd! She BOLD FACE LIES to the review my friend left telling the TRUTH about our experience with the owner. She was EXTREMELY unhelpful. The gal at reception when we arrived was very kind and gave us some info, we called that company and they didn't have any scooters available. When we spoke to the owner, she was short and rude with us. In the end she responded to my friend's review with absolute lies. "There are no scooter rentals in Jakarta" and "Jakarta is super dangerous to ride scooters in" and "we were rude to the girl in reception" Absolute RUBBISH. Jakarta is WAY safer than many other countries that we've rented scooters in. There are MANY scooter rental companies and in the end, no thanks to the super rude owner, we found a great company. And finally, we were never rude to the receptionist. She was great! We've got no idea how this horrendous owner got so many good reviews....she probably buys them. Awful experience. I feel sorry for her staff. They were all lovely but the owner spoiled everything with her terrible attitude. Look at her responses to all the negative reviews....they are quite telling about what kind of person she is. Never again. I will leave my feedback on each and every platform available to me as well. An encourage my friend to do the same. There are better options folks! Stay away from this place.

I really enjoyed this hostel. The social life is better than wonderloft in my opinion as well. They have a rooftop bar with average priced beers and happy hour from 6-8pm, a lot of people hang out up there. The other common areas are typical full of guests as well. Beds are private with a curtain and capsule shaped. AC is also in the rooms. It can fill up on Friday and Saturdays so book a few days in advance. Although wifi kinda sucks in the rooms.
