Located near Marcopolo hotel.
Came to the heart centre on third floor, but registration, general procedures n payment must be done on second floor.
Learned something new here, for EKG examination, one must not wearing jewelries (ring or bracelet or watch, necklace ok) or metallic thingy (bra) as it may affecting the results. Some other hospitals not applying this to my knowledge. This SOP also applied in Penang hospital, but all must off incl necklaces.
Services at heart centre were better.
Parking space very very limited.
Administration fee is 95k, quite high.

A well managed hospital. The hospitality of the staff and cleanliness very good here. Unfortunately the spot for registration is far on the back of building. Thats nice for some reason to make the hospital look clean.

Good doctor but never ending waiting and completely disorganized with continual wrong information and bad booking management ????

We are used to the slow administration at this hospital. And today we are here to obtain a prescription - and waiting already for one hour. This hospital might have excellent doctors and dedicated nurses - but it is slow and inefficient

The doctors is good but the nurse are very slow and lame to respone our call to the room. I think you should train or add more people to support your service. You still far away from good service compare to RSIA Bunda across the street.

Their doctor are profesional and very good, their nurse also doing a great job. But their admission system is bad.. becasuse all the payment , is centralized in 1 small apothecary.The Queue is long without any information...their also dont have any information system or at least a mike to call the patients... so they need to yell.

I my self lost in translataion without guidance when i try to pay... some nurse didnot inform me the deak is for insurance only..wait half and hour to realize that... to bad... To the management , your partner (nurse and doctor) need a better tools in admisiadm and paying system

Been here to meet great pediatrician Dr. Markus. I came here on the weekend, and my car must be parked sooooo far away from the hospital. The queue for the doctor is so long, a couple of hours. And the pediatrician room is near the other specialists. When you came to a hospital with your baby, you'll prefer the waiting room for children is different with adults whose sick. That makes you worry even more about healthcare-related-infection. My son also got bored because the only attraction is a swing, a slide, and a playmat. Sharing with so many children there. My wife also said that muslin in the nursing room is dirty (during our visit in weekday). And the ending of my bad experience is the admission problem. My insurance supposed to cover the doctor's fee though the vaccines is not covered cause its not a mandatory vaccines. But the admission said the insurance doesnt cover anything. I have to make a call to my insurance hotline and let them talk through my smartphone. What a weird experience.
