First time having Haidilao in Indonesia and I am impressed. As expected, the customer service is top notch. We especially like the waitress, April whom served us that day. She was so friendly, helpful and went all the way out to make sure we are comfortable and well provided for. Kudos to April! ☺️ We ordered Mala and mushroom soup based. Mushroom soup is slightly bland but with the combination of Mala, we felt it was perfect. The whole experience is worth the amount charged. Love it and will definitely be bringing my friends there again.

Wonderful first impression!
I choose the set menu promo.

The restaurant is very clean and hygiene. All staffs are very helpfull and friendly. So many choices of stock, sauce, fruit and dessert. They also have ice cream. I was dining alone, so i was accompanied by their iconic doll, so sweet ????

All are delicious and nice. Worth the price.
However the location is a bit difficult to find for first timers in GI mall, but the restaurant is spacious.
Will be back for sure.

We had a lunch gathering at the VIP room for birthday celebration. The food tasted great as usual but you get more attention when you are seated at the usual dining area.

We had a great experience dining with Haidilao. Our servers were great and everyone was super kind. We got ice cream at the end. I asked for the secret wand from tiktok but it wasn’t available in Indonesia so they gave me a teddy bear with some snacks instead.

I like the soup of haidilao, especially the 3 flavor. Actually the service is fast in here, but maybe because full of customers thats why lack of source for always standby. For the compliment of snack they gave us by the time we went out. But they forgot to offer to print the photo. Also the good thing they give some gifts for the birthday person, like snacks also the small teddy bear doll.

The things that quit pricey is the drinks that we have to pay for 25k. Also like chilli or fruits, if we want we have to pay another 25k per pax.

For 2 pax almost 400k. I prefer to choose the set menu on weekdays.

They have a really good fully service, from the first time we get in until done. They put snacks and water on the waiting area. And since one of my friends bring her kid, they even gave us free kid meal. There was some fish and veggies inside, which really good. For free thou. And gave some toy to my friend's kid as well. Such a fully service. And the food was good as well. I like the sour and spicy taste kinda soup, Tom yum. Really nice. They gave us such a lot experience while get into their place. Like a lot of their talent to show to their customers. Not just a restaurant

The food is delicious, and the service is great! The servers really take care of you and ensure the quality of the food meet their standard (i.e. a waitress checked our tomyum soup, realized there was no shrimp, and later gave us fish meatballs because the shrimp is out of stock). The lamian “show” is interesting, and you can get free snacks u0026 ice cream during waiting. In addition, free flow sauce u0026 fruit for 25k is worth it.
