Fast service and area is clean. Employees are accomodating and easy to converse since they try to express themselves in a way expats can comprehend. Doctors are very approachable especially Dra. Dina from dental service, she is so nice and ready for ways to assist.

The staffs there were just not in clients mindset , they were very weak on following up, came late and they did not follow up , i think the management is not there to guide them, not recommended at all

Medical check up centre is very unprofessional. The queue line is uncelar. Pasien swasta (privately paying) patient get first in line.

The most-prominent thing that I found here that rare to be found in private hospital such as Siloam or Mayapada is “Keramahan ala Indonesia”.

Admitted to ER today and despite the standard consumables, medicines u0026 consultations, everybody are so friendly, helpful and attentive.

JUL2019:
Try to book appointment with ophthalmologist here but it did not happen. The doctor practice start at 13.30 (if he/she is truly not just a name). Try to call at 16.00 at the same day, she/he has already left.

Completeness of service ⭐️
Customer service/nurse/FO by phone ⭐️⭐️: needs al loooooot more training to compete with others.

CONCLUSION:
- only good for medicL check-up
- good for mild illness outside working hours/night.
Other than that I can not recommend it.
