Clean and spacious room with reasonable price you can find in the center of Jakarta. Walking distance to those famous place around Thamrin and Monas area. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and I got Sarinah view from my room. The breakfast is quite okay, the elevator somewhat confusing for first visitor. But overall, it's great.

Breakfast is amazing , good tasty and change menu everyday, we stayed there for five days. Good location for shopping mall. Room is okay not very new style. Price is reasonable.

The worst experience at Marriott group. First, the window is so thin you could hear the noise from the road the whole night until past 2am! Secondly, the AC in the room is not working properly- the thermostat was set to 17 C but the rook temperature remains at 23-24 C, despite having the technician to come round to fix it. Third, they show swimming pool picture on google map but they do not have a swimming pool! The front desk stuff knows about this yet they do not take action to remove the misleading photo of swimming pool! This is definitely not a 4* hotel with a small lobby and seating area, you could get a much better deal at other 3* hotels. Avoid at all costs!

Light sleepers - avoid at all cost! Main road traffic doesn’t stop all night, you can hear cars and motors all night long. Walls so thin you can hear your next door neighbour’s tv like it’s blasting in your room. I slept with white noise in and with earplugs, didn’t help, the noise is just so loud! I did not sleep all the nights I was here.

Room was small with amenities quite old. Cleanliness is okay. It’s just a very awkwardly located hotel connected to an office building, so there technically isn’t any lobby, kind of like sharing hotel and office lobby. There’s also no waiting room for Grab drivers to wait, so make sure if you’re hiring a taxi or something, be at the lobby early!

The only positive experience was staff members were absolutely helpful and friendly. They attended to my requests swiftly and always went the extra mile.

If you could sleep with loud noises, this Four Points is actually okay, it is centrally located and there’s a mall right opposite which makes things convenient.

Edit: just noticed I came back with bedbug bites and idk what other bites all over my legs. I’m so very disappointed.

Room was okay and security and check in staff are great. However the restaurant manager was very rude. Breakfast was mentioned until 10 am so I went at 09:20 and he said I woke up too late. How rude??? Im also a silver member. Then when I was eating I had to run around my table chasing a freaking cockroach. Really unprofessional. Was not an excellent experience. Rather disappointing.

Two stars only for its location and friendly service by the staff.

It is the worst hotel under Mariott I have experienced so far (I’m a frequent traveller). The room is not worthy of 4-star and I wonder how the quality control works.

Requested to change room and it was just slightly better (ie. Cleaner).

Let me start off by saying that the staff is actually really lovely and welcoming....But unfortunately, the room is absolutely awful. Filty bathroom, stained bed sheets and carpet, and stinky mattress + pillows. It's truly shocking to see such lack of standards and care. There are many other much better hotels in Thamrin at the same (or even lower) price point. On top of all that, they charged my credit card without authorization, double charging me for the room after confirming with me that I've already paid for it through agoda (which I have). So now I have to go through the painful process of trying to get my money back. Please, don't bother with Four Points.... they certainly aren't. I travel to Jakarta regularly for business, and it was my first and definitely last time at Four Points.
