Nice karaoke place. Good service and friendly staffs. Need improvement in sound system, the speakers/microphones were not working about 5 mins in the beginning. High normal price, we used fave promo instead, about 60k/2 hours medium room, it’s available for 6 persons. If you use fave promo you should order food minimum 60k or something.

The sound is good but the AC not cool enough in medium room for 8 people. The food is just okay

Good sound system, one of its microphone didnt work as it battery was low. First time ordered the food and wasnt happy with it. Its Nasi Goreng Kambing was SUPER salty and the chicken tender tasted bitterly burned. Good thing is the bill was on my friend ????

Worst sound system i ever get, echoing all over the room, horrible. The room needs to be renovated as soon as possible, doesn't worth the price at all. Terrible service, the waiters keep coming into our room, very disturbing. My first experience, and will be my last.

THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER FOR A KARAOKE PLACE. THEY OFFERED ME A PACKAGE OF RP375.000 FOR FOOD AND BEV, FREE 2 HOURS FOR THE ROOM. BUT...IT TOOK THEM FOR 2 HOURS TO SERVE ALL THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE.

Sangat menyebalkan, bahkan sampai saya selesai karaokean, makanannya belum keluar semua. Oh, don't mention the tax. They'll charge you for 25%.

it's weird, they do the extra charge for extra person in room, but they didnt key in on the bill also they offered a jug of cola, but again they didnt input it on the bill. They said that it cheaper if buy it with them. What a scum. also The toilet was so so so so dirty and spooky
