Nice and clean room. Delicious breakfast with various menu. Meeting point is comfy. I experienced delay in housekeeping order. Hopefully will never happen again, because I got the chance to give feedback. Nice hospitality, thank you. Considered to be back

We’re very disappointed, it’s not worth the price. We booked two rooms but one of the room only got one towel, and a pair of sandals, it’s written on the app that both of the rooms are for two people. The extra bed isn’t available in this hotel. The hotel isn’t well mantained, the carpet on the corridor is smelly. Breakfast was basic. They didn’t take the food waste we left on the front door for a day until it smells (also the next door’s food waste). The pillow had a foul odor. Not the best experience. Better find another place to stay. We hope the hotel management could improve their service and cleanliness.

I tried two rooms due to the bad smell. Some smell like mold and the others like cigarettes smoke. Breakfast is ok at best, they have an omelet station which has no toppings, just an egg. They also have typical Indonesian breakfast as well. Overall this is not a good holiday inn, no where near rhe quality of the state side. I would recommend trying another hotel.

A hotel for a short stay not for long. The room has some faulty smell though daily house keeping is done. Mattress is hard on the side and pillow are too soft even with 2 pillow. Breakfast is ok but the coffee is atoo light. The kitchen staff and front desk staff are very helpful and efficient

The room was so nice, very very clean. This hotel provide hairdyer in the bathroom, and telephone in every floor for emergency call.
Oh, this one so important, the hotel is disabled friendly, bcs provide special room for disabled!
All staff was good, include security, receptionist, housekeeping and fb service. The breakfast and all food menu here was delicious. I would recommend Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Wahid Hasyim as a greatest hotel in central Jakarta!

I spent 2 nights during the Eid al-Fitr festive holiday (2-4 May 2022). Overall, it was a quite satisfying stay. Here is the summary :

Pros :
+ the location is very strategic, near the newly-renovated Sarinah
+ great access to public transportation (BRT-Sarinah Bus Station; MRT-Bundaran HI Station)
+ surrounded by various entertainment places (Evening Culinary Hawkers at Jalan Sabang, Sarinah, Various Museums, National Monument-Monas, Grand Indonesia shopping center, Bundaran HI, Tanah Abang shopping center, etc)
+ the wifi speed during my stay was very impressive (it was a great help since I should do my remote work during the eid holiday ????)

Cons :
- I was checking in around 4 PM, and yet I still had to wait for another 20 minutes to get my rooms ready
- the parking spaces are extremely limited, although there was also a parking lot right across the street (associated with the hotel, it's free for the hotel guest)
- average gym facility
- narrow choice for the served breakfast menu (well, since it's a budget hotel, what could you expect?)
- sadly there was a water leak in my room, right at the entrance of the door. I don't know where this leak came from
- had a clogged sink problem with the washbasin in one of my rooms, and had to call for help, and luckily they were quick enough to help.

the verdict, I probably would consider this hotel as the accommodation option for the future occasion in Central Jakarta, especially when the price is reasonable (in my case, the price was quite high since it was during a peak season holiday)

First time staying at Holiday Inn Express Wahid Hasyim Jakarta, IHG Hotel with the whole family. With connecting rooms, we are more happy and satisfied in our short stay.

Easy to check in/out.
The service staff is warm and kind.
Facilities such as parking, Fu0026B, Gym/fitness are sufficient for a short stay, minus the swimming pool.

The rooms are clean, including the toilet and shower.
Air Conditioner works the way you want it, cold or hot.
Wifi is available with password are provided.
TV is available in every room.
There are 2 lifts for guests and 1 for house keeping.
Clean floor.
Good lighting and match the color of the walls.
Viewed from the bedroom window, you can see high-rise buildings for government and private offices, as well as small housing complexes for residents.

Want to shoping, just walking in 100mtr you will reach Sarinah.
