Came here to see internist. The doctor was great, cure my mom's condition.
Staffs were helpful n courteous.
Services from pharmacy need some improvement. We waited an hour for the medicine. Turns out it was already laying there but the staff 'forget' to call us. Quite disappointing.
Admin fee is charged 100k on the day of your visit.

The service is good and fast. My husband got to the ER a week ago. The doctor in charge was Andrian Wiraguna treated him well and explained clearly about the problem. The hospital staff were very nice. They don’t mind to tell you the expected fees which rarely I found here in Jakarta and let you decide. Doctor and staffs speak English fluently.

Kemarin salah satu keluargaku ada yang dirawat di Rs Abdi Waluyo. the Doctor had a lot of experiences and very accurate. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well. always looked up first for our matters, and really give the best assistance in terms of directing. they also have integrated system which is very good!

I was relieved to be treated here as foreigner. The doctor seemed convincing and the cost was reasonable. The staff there were kind and could speak English well.

The hospital is very clean, well equipped with the newest technologies and assigned by good and popular specialized doctor. The doctor is very experienced in each of their speciality. Especiallity in neurologist. Such a good experience medical in here. best choice to go here!

The most technologically advanced medical center in the country. This hospital offer all newest medical equipment for patient, located strategically in heart of central Jakarta (called as Menteng region). The access to this place is only by taxi or private car (actually can be accessed via popular ride hailing online car). Overally, this hospital is good choice for technology medical treatment.
