Better choose room on the right side of the hotel that has views cos the left side has no views (blocked by new higher building next to it). Lunch and dinner is temporary unavailable during pandemic. Staff are friendly. There are Convenience store, cafes and restaurant around the hotel. Location is great

Good location and service but the rooms were not as expected. Hotel lobby smelled quite bad and this smell continued to all the floors. This might have been due to the water damage that we saw in more than one of our rooms with very obvious mould on the ceiling. Our toilets were also leaking with every flush. Outside the rooms, the corridors did not get much natural light from outside and yet the lights along the corridor were not turned on so it looked like something out of a horror movie with long dark corridors.

The location is good, near the public transportation. But the room is dated. The bed is big no, not comfort and hard like a wooden plank. The carpet is dirty. affordable, but comparing to other hotel, it is best to choose other with firm reputation.

Spent 2 nights (1-2 May 2022). The location is Good. Near to jalan Daksa, convenient store, cafe and restaurant. Sarinah building just 2 minutes walk. Ask room on the right side of the building for view.

overall the interior design is good actually, but the thing is they dont seem taking care of the hygiene. once we enter the room, the carpet wasnt fully cleaned. there were many stains here and there. the toilet door is not working as well. the drainage is also not working.

Bad experience, the room is ok but the facility inside the worse. For 3 ⭐ is so bad. Sheet so dirty and also yellow some has a hole because of cigarettes. I dont think they change the sheet. Toilet so dirty yellow, also even the tissue container , wardrobe is broken, the desk dirty. The wifi not working. When i go inside smell really strong of smoke. Very bad experience, I want to change the room the receptionist doesn't let me to move. So disappointed!!!
