A small but cozy polyclinic. Plenty of doctors from teeth, fertility, oncology, to ENT etc in Menteng area.
Parking: 1/5 very limited parking
Covid protocol: 4/5 temp checks, masks all staff and visitors, and sanitizers everywhere.

There's no parking for those who own motorcycle, i need to find it by myself by asking people nearby and there's only available parking space far away about 2 or 3 houses across the hospital. I was sick and still fasting for lab check, and it was in the middle of the day. I'm about to faint for real ???? if you don't use car and near to death, i recommend you to go to another hospital ????

Sorry 1 star for the miscommunication, the cs did not mentioned that the antigent should be done on the hospital. The doctor asks her visitor to use antigent test provided by the hospotal with higher price than that of outside, even above government standard, and reject antigent test provided outside of the hospital. If it was communicated during the call prior to my visit, i would be OK. But the thing is, i had done the test outside, right before the visit, since they didn't mention that the test MUST be done in house but they rejected it. Hence, my daughter must take another antigent test, making her to got swab 2 times in an hour. I just hope it will not broke her nose later on. Sorry, for this visit, thumbs down

i went here quite often coz i did insem twice with Prof Endi Moegni, he's a very nc doctor, very patient n helpfull while giving all the informations that i need, he's one of my fav doctor

Covid 19 screening test - Rapid Test Antibody / Antigen or Swab PCR is now available everyday in this Hospital. There are 2 schedule (each approx 2 hrs), morning and afternoon.

Really bad management. Very crowded, worst queue system, can’t do appointment by phone in previous day, you have to do that in the same day . The doctor very often cancels the appointment without any clear reason, and also comes late. Furthermore the phone reception signal is REALLY WEAK, you can’t do internet much in here. There is no normal car parking place, you have to rely on their vallet parking service (25k IDR). Prepare yourself.

The good thing: the doctors are capable doing their job.

At the very least, please do increase the phone LTE reception signal, then i will give it 3 star

This hospital located in gereja theresia street. Actually, this hospital is small. However, everyday, this hospital always crowded.
It is difficult to find parking area. You can order vallet at 20 thousand.
