Negative: Not as appears in photos. My room was dirty and never got cleaned in my 10 days staff, I didn’t know who to approach for help. The shower head and toilet were disgusting. The aircon didn’t work well, and didn’t work at all for my last 3 nights. The room is right next to the kitchen / general area so very noisy. Wifi was very poor. Really disappointed with my stay..

Positive: Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Canggu. Very nice hosts, you can rent the scooter at the accommodation. We enjoyed our time very much and would definitely come again!.

Super cool property! Was living there for 1 month and definitely will be back! Very helpful host, amazing garden, big and cool decorated rooms - for all of it my highest score! And the best location, of course - centre of Canggu in 7 mins by bike, nice part of beach in 7 mins by bike as well, rise fields around, comfortable and calm. One of the best, what I booked in Bali!

Dishonest manager! no money back despite invasion by insects at night!

Suddenly a colony of termites / ants started climbing in the corner of our bungalow and flying through the room. We alerted the staff who started to spray the room and chasing the insects, there was hundreds of dead insects everywhere (incl. on the sheets and in our luggage).

The staff contacted the manager who said that there is no other room available. We moved to another place and the staff told us to come by the next day. However, even after some back and forth, he refused to return us the money we paid and said we had seen the room before... (obviously without insects then). I wish I had taken pictures but I didn't expect issues then.

It's an ok place and cosy enough if you are on a budget, but in case something goes wrong, you'll be on your own.

Amazing place in a quiet area of Canggu! The owners are helpful, cheery and created a beautiful environment that feels like an oasis. They have accommodation types for everyone. Can't wait to return. Thank you Utama Village for making my stay in Bali unforgettable!

The 'villa's' are nice. Bed is good, bathroom is dirty not well cleaned.
I had to exit my villa early because they had people coming early....

The owner is a bit two-faced. He's very kind but at the same time a bit sketchy. Wouldn't recommend it.

The staff is incredible! The guy who welcomed us, helped us with everything! He recommended us very cool places, he took us to the laundry and managed our transfer to the airport and everything for very good price!!
