I have to say that I’ve never left a bad review in my life. But I can’t be silent in this case.

My cat injured her paw and had to have stitches. I went to Bali veterinary yesterday and their doctor suggested surgery, which is a fairly common procedure.
After the operation, my cat caught an eye infection. The doctors at the clinic said it wasn't their fault, and she contracted this eye infection on the way home from the clinic, apparently while sitting in a bag. In addition, the cat suffered with its paw all night and morning.
Fortunately, I went to another clinic in Denpasar, because the staff of Bali Veterinary do not bear any responsibility for what they did, and I no longer trust them.
Another veterinary clinic confirmed that she got it during/after the operation because doctors in Bali veterinary didn’t observe her properly during the procedure. Besides, they bandaged her paw tightly, and she was in pain. That's why she screamed all night and morning.

I know that everyone can make a mistake, but if you make it, you have to admit it and fix it.
I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. We went there because it was close to our house and it was a big mistake.

P.s. People who works there were nice and polite. But it can’t help with other problem.

The best team of Vets that go above and beyond always. They look after our Pitbull and always make sure he feels comfortable and safe. Great knowledge and always available for home visits. Very grateful for this team and their services ????????????

Stay away from this clinic! They do not have enough equipment to do proper diagnosis nor do they have the integrity to admit it and refer you elsewhere. I absolutely hate this place and wouldn’t trust the judgment of any of their vets. Only go here if you yourself know what’s needed and can demand that treatment. ...and don’t leave your loved ones in over night care.

We brought in our little beach friend Pepe to Pererenan Vet because he was dehydrated and had blood parasites. They took really good care of him for 3 days even though he was not easy. Absolutely the best service????????????

Super expensive and my dog not even get better and they cut the long hair of my dog's ears for ear cleaning. I paid 1.2 for diarrhea problem and ear cleaning.
