During our great stay in Hilton we tried The Shore restaurant multiple times. In general the food is good. Its not excellent. The view is great, location is nice, but price is also a 5 star experience. Some drinks are good, some are just soso.
Service is good. Would like to give this restaurant 5 stars, but compared with other places its not yet on that level imo.

Enjoying a day by the pool and having some delicious Nasi Goreng and an order of prawns. Over tasted great and right by the water.

Good location and food is also not bad. There is a long wait for the food about 1hour 30mins and follow up is a must otherwise you may have to wait a bit longer. Skip any BBQ lunch offers and order a la carte instead as items mostly run out. The 2 ⭐⭐ rating are due to the extreme wait time.

Happened to have a chance to try almost all the cocktail menu u0026 failed miserably. A part of the reason is it's largely outdoor seating u0026 it served in room temperature glasses not a frozen one. So it gets warm real quick hence taste meh. Even apple juice tastes diluted much. I suggest to try Sangria if you must as you can ask more ice to put in u0026 doesn't dilute the taste much with it.

Food is good in general but the portion is close to fine dining. Also avoid any pizza or fish u0026 chips or nasi Goreng.

The food choices aren’t many, and they taste terrible, the aglio olio was so bland, i feel like i can cook it better. the anchovies in the Caesar salad was so fishy that i had to throw it away. the strawberry juice wasn’t actually juice but syrup diluted in water. And also one of the staff was very rude and snobby, when i asked for help, the tone he used to speak to us was so rude and it was so obvious that he wasn’t willing to help. overall a very terrible experience especially for the prices

If you dont know how to spend your day... you dont want some extreme or wandering thru jungles You need to visit this place for Sure! Very good food during the day, its just few meters from the ocean, Very clean beach with good waves. Very Nice atmosphere after sunset.

The food was very underwhelming. It was cold and lacked flavor. We had the Yellowfin Tuna and Shrimp and Tuna Aglio e olio. The service was great but the food was not so much.
