This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch like it's rated on Agoda etc, more like a 3 or 3.5 at best. The photos are deceptive, probably done by a professional.
We had booked 2 rooms, both rooms had really bad sewage smell (room numbers 325 u0026 327). The bathroom looked run down. I complained about the smell but we didn't get much help, so we cancelled our booking and went to another hotel.
We didn't use any other facilities like the pool, just had lunch at the restaurant and spent couple of hours in the room.
On the plus, the staff did appear to be hard working and keen. The hotel owners need to invest in infrastructure.
If you're looking for budget accommodation with pools, maybe this place is good, but otherwise spend some extra $$ and go to a 5 star hotel.

Nice place, but need more maintenance. Especially on water treatment. Water is a bit smells. Bed u0026 pillow sheets too. Eggs Corner at breakfast with those numbering for queue is a bit disappointing, didn't get the order right. Swimming pool is quite big and fun. I Hope have a better experience next time here.

Nice hotel and very big hotel. Awesome swimming pool, staffs are very friendly. They even provide you a free photograph if your stay is more than 3 days. One small suggestion, please add more varieties for vegetarians as there are no much options. Very beautiful surroundings the hotel, you can have a very nice walk across it is very green. You will have nice time

It was my first time to Bali and the hotel was one of the best I have been to. The staff was very polite, overly-polite I should add. The food was also great and not much more expensive when compared to the prices of restaurants in Bali Collection. I had a massage in the Hotel Spa which was my first time getting a massage and the experience was really good. Also, there's a free ride to the beach and Bali Collection almost every hour. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The staffs were so nice and attentive. The swimming pools are great, they also provide floaties. We booked a pool access room so my kids can swim happily all day. The room is big, also the bed. There is a free shuttle bus to the nearest beach. Value for money.

The hotel is big. The pool is big too. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the hotel is not maintained outside and inside the room. Old hotel so in some places it needs to be upgraded to make it better and those who live to be more comfortable.

Really enjoy the pool, actually 2 pools, even at rainy season it still really gave us great experience. Love the peaceful surrounding with greenery. Will visit again, hope they will make some tweaking about the property as we informed that the hotel been stood for more than 7 years. Also, love the greatness of the staffs courtesy.
