Must try EXPERIENCE! From the moment you arrive at the lobby, everything feels so Grand! The architecture is unique and a stand out. The check in process was comfortable with a high level of service. You can't help but feel you want to explore every part of the resort once you see the view out from the lobby. First time I have had access to a Google drive full of info about the resort such as map and activities on offer. High attention to details!
The room setting was immaculate and well thought out. The direct access to lagoon was nice. Can easily spend days and nights within the resort without having to leave with the vast choices of restaurants and activities.
The morning buffet was simply extravagant and I think I only tried 15% of all dishes on offer. This is possibly one of the best buffets I have ever had!
Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an unique experience and the "WOW" factor!
The only downside to the stay is you can hear footsteps and water flushing from very early in the morning.

Visited the hotel due to our closed friend's wedding at the hotel. Landscape, swimming pools, kids activities, were all huge and spacious. Check in process was very crowded and had a long queue but it was bearable. Breakfast was on point, various Mediterranean and Asian cuisines and all were handed to us with safety and health protocols using gloves. We booked deluxe room and was very spacious! Boogie car is ready to pick us up from elevator to the room areas. Overall almost perfect 9/10 experience at the hotel. Keep it up Apurva team!

Empire! I think this is the right word to describe this place. Amazing view u0026 architecture. We also love the service u0026 food. We tried Junior Suite - Ocean view for our honeymoon and it was really good. They give us the best spot on the highest floor for privacy. The room was so big u0026 we love the amenities. The best thing is the private pool, still warm even in the middle of the night. Love it!

A hotel in the Nusa Dua resort complex with majestic architectural style, built on the cliff edge down to the beach level.
Friendly staff, nice and clean environment.
Modern futuristic toilets are even in the public area.
Buggy shuttle service is available to pick you up and drop you off at your destination.
The breakfast buffet is so satisfying with a very wide array of food selections and also served at the two different locations to choose from.
Both, the lobby and the verandah view are breathtaking.
Welcome drink is served cold for your enjoyment.
The swimming pool is also very enjoyable and accessible to cater for families and adult.

Splendid. A perfect hotel for families with lots of pools, proper Kids club, beach with safety barriers, spacious complex. We stayed for 4D3N, and didn't go outside at all. They are very attentive to family with kids. Every time we had breakfast, they would suggest some menus for Kid, they even offer menus beyond the buffet (free of charge) to keep the child and parents happy. Though it was peak season and all rooms are occupied we didn't feel that the hotel is cramped at all due to the enormous hotel area. We even got our room upgraded to the one connected to lagoon. This is my 2 yo son's first trip to Bali and he loved it so much, thanks for creating a memorable holiday, Apurva. We're impressed.

The absolute best experience whilst in Bali that I can remember. Definitely an experience that will stay with me for a long long long time.
From essentially everything you come across is luxurious, elegant, grand, words and pictures just dont do it justice!
The service from employees was exactly what you would expect, star class!!!! The architecture, the views, the sheer size of everything is breathtaking. The small details and the amount of time and money that has gone into them is mind blowing, from the tiles and flooring, to the walls/sculptures/art, to even the toilets!!! (the toilets are completely remote controlled).

This place is an experience you should not pass!!!

We stayed at Apurva for 5 nights, the service are excellent, top notch and most importantly, consistent. All staffs are polite and quick to help. Cliff suite room is very nice and has a lovely view. We tried all of the restaurants there including in-room dining and the foods are great. Facilities are very good too, suitable for kids.

The only downside, there was one day where the lifts were not functioning well, while unfortunately coincide with a group of wedding guests checking out. Hence, the queue is quite long enough just for me to get into my room. However it doesn't reduce my rating for the hotel which is amazing overall.
