After a long day of touring finally leaving Bali, this was our best option for for before boarding our plane in the next 3 hours. It was most okay. I had some really good food in Bali and this was a bit sub-par, but I was starving so I can't complain. The service was great here, tho. And really quick.

There is a big diversity of dishes in the menu, also plenty vegan and vegetarian options. The staff was very serviceable, specially the waitress Rai was adorable. The food was very fresh, the smoothies very tasteful. We came for dinner and ordered a panini, a sandwich and asian blackpeper beef. The food came out very fast and was delicious. They also have amazing desserts. Would recommend!

Poor food quality, unfriendly staff. We ordered a burger and the meat was overcooked, it was black and dryer than beef jerky. We asked them if they could eventually make a new burger and they replied that it was not possible because it came black from the kitchen. They managed to serve us the dryest nasi goreng from Bali for the most expensive price. We all know that airport food is deer but please spend your money wisely and somewhere else.

Bad service, we walked in, helped ourselves to the menus, the staff were mucking around and joking and we were still waiting to be greeted after 20 minutes. We had the panini, which was actually good to our surprise. The thing that has made me write this review however is that one if the employees was coughing all over the pass over and popping his pimples in the reflection of the coffee machine. A word of advice, you're not just delling food, you are selling a good atmosphere also.

Average food made worse by the fact that all the front line staff refused to work except for 1 lady who seemed to run everything by her self.

Repeated calls from her to her colleagues to come out to serve customers go unheeded with all the staff preferring to stare at each other and their phones behind the counter or in the kitchen.

The 2 stars in this review is for that lady who tried to hard to make it work.

This place was just what I needed after a long hard day. Definitely the best place in the Airport for a quick and convenient stop, rest and refuel! Food was better than expected and the waitress was very kind and efficient. I will definitely stop here again! The only suggestion I have is, please can we have bigger coffee cups! Tuesday evening, 31st July 2018.

I had a very bad experience with the merchant bistro ever in bali!

I ordered food at the said bistro, just want to chill out at the place for few hour. After one hour I finished the food, the staff came to me asked me if I want to order food or beverages, I responded to the staff “maybe later”

She forced me to buy food or beverages. I asked her “if I don’t purchase, I have to leave?” As she said “you have to purchase more than 500k rupiah then only can sit here.”

I’m wondering if like what the staff say to me have to purchase more than 500k rupiah then only can sit at their bistro. Why at first when I order food from the staff, the staff did not mention to me have to purchase more than 500k rupiah.

Also, the staff chased me out from their bistro. The staff said they want to vacant the table for other customer, in fact, there’s a lot of vacant tables!!!
