Serving unrefridgerated “chicken” sandwiches and warm soft drinks, no access to reliable WiFi, unable to use the facilities as they are apparently closed and the air conditioning still isn’t working. Furniture is filthy, the staff are rude.

It's the only pay-in lounge open in International at the time of my review. It is quiet, convenient and simple. It's a bit steep price for the quality. Pre-covid, none of the lounges were very good, so nothing had changed. The staff try their best, and I saw them politely deal with several terrible people.
The food selection is limited and only a few drinks, but the kiosks that are open in the terminal are pretty gross as well. Don't expect much, and you will be fine.
Have any doubts... Ask them if you can look around before entering!

I should have read the reviews before spending over $50 AUD on such a dump of a lounge.

The food selection was embarrassing to say the least…
* 3 questionable looking mains (nothing Balinese- just a mishmash of random dishes) that I think I’ll regret sampling once I get off at my arriving destination (assuming my body doesn’t try to expel it beforehand)
* No wifi
* chicken sandwiches at room temp
* only beer, red and white wine
* Apparently they haven’t heard of a/c here either

A truly woeful experience that I hope readers of this review will see as a giant red flag and steer far away from.

Jas- I’d be prepared to pay good money (like up to $100) for proper food and facilities. Fix this atrocity and make it happen.

Sadly my group of friends had food poisoning after visiting the lounge. Filthy and unsafe.

design was cool and service was great, it was mostly comfortable ... i think they had an issue with the A/C when i was their... the food sub par...

Closed still! Why?!? Give some jobs to your locals and serve some willing customers isn't a big ask

Looks nice, but is warm, crowded, noisy and has poor WiFi. Few power sockets, most not working. Guests queuing for the one and only coffee machine. On the bright side: it produces good coffee, slowly, slowly. The correct name is Premier Lounge.
