This is my 3 rd visit to this place. Everytime I'm disappointed. The service staff doesn't care about passenger who pays a good amount for the food or drink he / she has. The staff feel that they are doing charity service to guests.
Once you try to settle the bill amount, exact change doesn't get back. Today, my Bill amount was 138k, gave 150k, but got 7k back. The waiter didn't bother to wait to hear me but went on with his work. If this sorts happens to every customer, how much extra money will be made by them?

The food here is great but be careful about billing. We asked for the bill and strangely enough, the waiter came over with the credit card machine and said "pay by card? $800k rupiah."

We were shocked. That was like the most expensive meal we ever had in bali from 2 adults and a toddler. The waiter didn't even presented us with the receipt. So we asked for the receipt and it too a long while for them to print it. Strange? So I looked at the counter and they seemed to be chatting secretly and became quiet when they saw me looking over.

So the waiter came over and I asked him to explain the receipt. He said the total includes tax and therefore the amount. (Does not even show tax). So we asked him if the prices in the menu included tax and he said yes. We recalculate 2x and it came up to $655k. We made him calculate it and then he quickly brushed it off and said it was an error and took the correct amount not even giving us a receipt.

Great food, totally enjoyed it but do check your bill CAREFULLY! Owners of this bar, maybe check your accounts! Might be a case of over billing by card and cash being taken out of the register!

It’s one of the few places before entering the terminal that has Indonesian food and they have Bali coffee! Not quiet, but comfortable enough with chairs and couches. They take credit cards, so easy to pay.

Never mind this place, unless you have not eaten for days and there's no other place to go. The price of bintangs is equal to those in fancy beach clubs though there's nothing to see and no music to enjoy. Ordered a tomyum soup that cost 140k rupiah, and I got a small bowl of water with 2 little stale prawns and a few slices of mushroom. It's a freaking joke that they need to dedicate a couple of staff to usher travellers to sit down.

Decent food but they don't speak English well enough to take order. I ordered a burger and was very clear no mayonnaise but they slathered it on anyways and when I sent it back they simply wiped part of it off and brought it back. If you have a business I'm the airport have at least one person speak English. I saw several other patrons pissed because they couldn't communicate with the waiters
