We walked in to the hotel to book a room. We have checked the room, and we find its quiet and very big rooms with a beautiful garden, close to the sea. We dealed with the price. Of course we did not tryed the bed whan we were looking. But the beds are horrible. They are very old, very uncomfortable and very noise. Pool is ok, but do not expect towel to the pool. From the pool I saw a couple rats were running in and out. The staff in the restaurant is not nice, and we had to wait 20 minutes for the breakfast. No selection of breakfast, you can choose from the menu. WiFi is very Poor. So we decide to do not stay here for longer, as we can not sleep very well and our back is hurt from the bed. We went to the reception to pay the Bill and informed them that we are going to leave. They dont asked the reason we thought they are not imterested or they know already as 2 days before we have tryed to change a room. So we paid the Bill and recognised that we have been chared with one extra night. I asked the lady why, she said this is cancellation fee. If I dont ask they are not telling just charging. And we have not been informed about the fee, just we had to pay this is not nice. The lady offered to order a car for us, to leave to Ubud. The driver sad it cost 500 000, we just checked with grab it was 340 000 only. The water from the tap is salty.
