Were do I start...what an amazing hotel, from every single member of staff that works there customer service is impeccable nothing is a problem, if you have any queries that staff member takes ownership and sorts it. I've worked in hospitality and you can't just teach people good service it really truly has to come from a place of passion u0026 pleasure to make guests happy. There is such a warm friendly relaxed feel here, the hotel is absolutely spotless. The rooms are spacious comfortable good comfy bed, breakfast great selection good menu to choose from through out the day at the bar. In house dining great. Lovely cocktails! This is our 1st time in Bali and I hit the jackpot booking this hotel. My husband and I loved it that much We are coming back in 6 weeks time!!! Can not wait. Thank you to everyone in the hotel for going above and beyond our expectations..

It is a great place for families. they promoted our room to a sea view room with half price value. They provided us an extra single bed without charge. Kids would eat free if you order a main meal . They do have a kids club and some water play equipment. The staff are so friendly and try their best to provide the service suited your needs.
We had a great stay and it was beyond our expectations.

We were not guests of the hotel, we just came for dinner.
The menu was different to the one online,but still a very good selection.
The food was amazing!! Very good price.
However, it took a very very long time. We ordered before a few tables of families and we all waited. Even just to get a drink (beer and water) it took 20 minutes or so. The servers are lucky they had some patient kids in there! They waited at least 30 minutes before getting a drink and a bit longer for food.

Truly a 5 star hotel experience. I have no complaints of this hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Looking at maps I thought this hotel was a bit small in comparison to others, but I was wrong. This is a massive hotel. To start with the lobby area is nice and the staff are really friendly. Although the lifts seem a bit old, they work perfect. The rooms are very clean. The bed is very comfortable and TV is placed perfect and has good connection. I had a pool view room and had a small veranda with a coffee table and chairs. Room is very spacious and cupboard is large also has a chair, working table and a sofa and coffee table. Bathroom misses a bathtub but the rest is perfect. Hot water, 2 different shower heads and well Equipped with shower gels and lotions. The lighting system is also good with your controls of the room next to your bed. Emergency exit is well printed and posted in the door. The breakfast buffet is the best we had during out whole trip in Bali, included both western breakfast and Indonesian as well as Indian. Soy milk available for vegans and beef also available. The pool is quite big and extends inside and outside the building. It looks over the beach and ocean. The best part is having the beach to the hotel exclusively. You can hire beach towels at the beach counter and there is also a foot wash available before entering the hotel again. You can have your drinks delivered to the beach side. No tension about your belongings, it is safe. Loved everything about this place. A few local restaurants are in walking distance and many small marts as well. There is a small pavement and you can have a walk nearby in the beach as well.

I spent Easter in Bali and stayed at the HI Resort Benoa. The area is pretty much a ghost town at the moment but the hotel itself is lovely. The service was excellent and the facilities wonderful. The pool area is superb and just beyond that is the beach with a number of adventure activities possible.
I only had two lunches in the resort but both were great. Lovely food prepared and presented well.
Benoa will come back to life very soon but either way, this HI is well worth a visit. I will certainly be visiting again.

Nice experience...
Good environment for vacation.
Good service.
Breakfast is awesome. Loved the cappuccino.So many varieties for breakfast.
Posted few photos .i loved the morning view of sea from hotel.
Only issue is mosquitoes. Cant open Balcony after evening.

What a great hotel with all friendly and helpful staff. The staff at the reception are so lovely. They make us feel so welcome and special. They upgraded our room to the beach view for free. My little daughter and I had mumu0026me daughter spa at the treehouse spa. It was so nice and relaxing. beautiful spa with a fabulous service. The service is out standing. My 2 years old spilt some drink on the bed with a call for the service in 2 minutes they came and changed the bed around. I can’t believe how clean and nice the rooms and the whole hotel is. Kids had lots of fun in the swimming pool. The hotel had a small private beach which is just nice for kids to running around and play about. We had great time stay at the hotel.
