THE BEST RESORT EVER!! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the staff that have made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were the perfect size, the spa was was amazing! Highly recommend this place. The view was breathtaking and the food was very delicious. The one thing that I absolutely love about this place is that the staff is VERY ACCOMMODATING, if something was not right they will 100% try their best to find another solution for us.

Incredible experience, beautiful clean rooms. Well spoken and attentive staff. Delicious food at all restaurants. The property is very well maintained with luxury poolside facilities. Our family have traveled extensively and this is certainly our favourite. We would love to come back.

Beautiful resort with very well maintained
pools to relax by.
The service and staff are amongst the best I have encountered. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, could not have been better. ( Special thanks to the pool bar and lobby bar teams)
The buffet breakfast makes for a great start to the day, high quality and good variety. (Again amazing service.)
Rooms / beds were a high standard and very comfortable.
Suggested improvements:
The kids meals are too small.
More activities included such as bikes / tennis courts, rather than additional costs.

Overall highly recommend, and thankyou to all the staff for making such a memorable stay.

Amazing stay, great service, super friendly staff. The resort is super beautiful, has everything you need and super many pools! It looks just wow! Location is also just perfect, a lot of opportunities around the hotel for great restaurants and easy to reach places around the island! We loved our stay!

What a resort!! Customer service is exceptional, staff are so welcoming and polite and the complex is luxurious! The pools are amazing and the view is stunning!

Breakfast is amazing too!

If you want a holiday where you can just relax and unwind… this is it!!

My 2nd time to stay here and my husband and I enjoyed it and this time we have been upgraded.

We loved the ocean view room.

all the staff in the lobby lounge area are exceptional, they are so warm and friendly.

Everything was great. Service outstanding. The foods, all delicious. Swimming pools were big with so much space without overcrowding the area.

Dinner at Eight Degree South one of the highlights. We recommend the lobster and the prawn and don’t forget to save some room for desert!

A spectacular hotel that’s kept up to the highest standards. Clean and pristine. The breakfast could be a bit more varied for a Conrad. I wish the hotel had a hot tub and more fitness /spa options. As a diamond we received an upgrade. Looks to have a cool wedding venue.
