We couldn't be more impressed by the resort.
All the staff we're amazing and super friendly.
A great buffet breakfast was enjoyed every morning and the coffee was excellent.
We stayed in a deluxe lagoon room just a 10m swim to the pool bar.
We would recommend The Bandha to all.

We enjoyed our stay at The Bandha hotel and suites. The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The room was kept spotless, the pools were both great and there was always a spare lounger.
The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a huge range and the restaurant food in general was excellent.
We could not fault any aspect of our stay and would highly recommend The Bandha.

Superb place to stay! All staffs are very friendly and the ambiance is oh so good. Did a 3 days honeymoon stay and in awe with the hospitality. Only 1 minutes walk to Legian beach. Food is great and they serve the best afogato coffee I've ever had. Overall a very pleasant stay and will definitely return.

100% recommend this hotel. The service we were provided is top tier, all staff members were so polite and caring. My partner and I both fell sick with bali belly during our stay, the hotel called a doctor for us and made sure to call and check up on us frequently to see if we needed anything to help us get better. The room was cleaned daily to a great standard and the atmosphere was so relaxing and just perfect for what we needed. The location is great, on the main beach strip of legian, easy to walk anywhere.

We've just checked out of the Bandha after a 7 night stay and we are definitely sad to be leaving. The hotel us immaculately clean, the food in Mozarella restaurant was delicious. Breakfast provided a great range of options and changed every day. The hotel is located close to everything you need and literally a two minute walk to the beach. The staff are phenomenal and nothing is too much trouble. A particular shout out to Marta in Mozarellas at breakfast. He remembered our names and greeted us personally each morning. Also to Devi from guest services who was extremely helpful and attentive when my son fell ill. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Stayed 10 nights, everything was just great about the place, location was fantastic the beach across the road from where you eat breakfast. Room was good overlooking the pool with cold air-conditioning. All the staff were friendly and helpful

We first stayed here in 2018 when the hotel was new. The experience this time around has not lived up to that standard. Both the facilities and the service has deteriorated, from something that felt special to just a bit average. While staying and chatting to other guests, a number had been relocated from cheaper hotels (owed by the same company) to the Bandha. It was disappointing to learn this, as we’d paid full price directly
for our stay. My biggest issue with the hotel on this visit was being asked to pay for my room a second time due to expiry of the credit card I had originally paid for the booking with (with the room already having been paid in full, in advance). The hotel has assured me they will refund the original payment but this is expected to take a minimum of two weeks, up to three months. Not a pleasant experience to be left out of pocket for so long with the hotel being totally inflexible and unable to offer any compromise. The restaurant food at Mozzarella is adequate, but drinks are terrible and very watered down. I’d suggest booking elsewhere for those considering a visit.
