A great experience staying at Ossotel!! Booked via website and had a special note that I have birthday during the stay and they gave me free upgrade to a Suite Room! Can't ask for more. The staffs are superb, helpful, and nice. The bar Romeos just a step away and served delicious steak and a buy one get one cocktail. Enjoying our stay at Ossotel and definitely will go back! ????✨

Ahhh - this hotel was heaven. I booked the pool access room, well worth it. So amazing being able to step out of my clean, modern room onto my private balcony and straight into the crystal clear water in the inviting pool.

The location is PERFECT and the staff are so lovely and welcoming.

Highly recommend this hotel! And pay the extra for the pool access room, it’s well worth it.

I was not happy with how there was no 24 hour reception. I lost my room key card at night and could not get back into my room. As a result, I had to sleep on the couch in the empty reception as there was no one I could talk to get a replacement key.

I could not sleep and therefore l went to the cheap hostel across the road and chatted to the 24 hour reception people there. Ironic that the cheap capsule hostel has better service than Ossotel, a four star rated hotel. As a result of this, I had to cancel pre-booked experiences the following day which meant that I lost money.

To add insult to injury, my key card did not work three times which meant I had to walk back and forth from the reception to my room for them to recalibrate my key card.

I mentioned these grievances to the hotel reception. They said that they could offer me no real remedy in terms of offering a discount on accommodation or a free accommodation.

I do not recommend Ossotel to anyone and would rate it lower than one star if I could.

very helpful and nice staff
probably wifi could be better, but it seems to be an indonesian issue

Hi after booking with Agoda i realised that I had booked the wrong dates. I emailed Ossotel and they kindly changed my booking with them. Thanks Ossotel for great service!!

Really liked this hotel. Comfortable high quality rooms, huge king bed and good shower. Big surprise, the minibar prices about the same as local bar prices. Staff very friendly and the dining room has a great selection on the menu of Australian Bali food. In the evenings there is live entertainment and good atmosphere. Get a ground floor room and your bedroom verandah opens onto the pool the full length of the hotel - just step out into the water! Easy walk to shopping district.
