The resort has definitely seen better days. The rooms are slightly worn, but i guess they really need the funding from the past 2 years of no visitors there, due to the pandemic. Maintenance also slightly lacking, but they try to keep the premises as clean as possible. Staff are really very friendly; also appears reduced due to the global worker shortage, and costs. Breakfast is adequate, not the best we've seen in a 5 star hotel. They have a beautiful garden and decently well- maintained beachfront, which is pretty free from touts. Prices are pretty good, and they do try their best with the limited resources. Good place to stay for the price point.

Not a 5 star hotel. I knew that 5 star hotel in Bali wouldn’t be equivalent to other countries 5 stars but even so this hotel needs several upgrades. Staff is exceptional- friendly, accomodating and goes above and beyond. But the facility in itself needs upgrades. From pool cleaning to mould cleaning off the phone cable or bath tub even. We enjoyed our second room once we asked for a different one so that we can be close to the pool and get in and our easier. Wouldn’t recommend for families necessarily either- not much to do. You do get immediate beach access and you can take a walk on the promenade. Food was very basic and more average than anything.
All in all- not what I paid for.

Wondering how on earth this is a 5-star hotel?
Me and my partner arrived at the hotel and we’re failed to be greeted or helped with our bags. Secondly we weren’t welcomed to the hotel and staff were chatting amongst themselves.
When being guided to our room the staff member knocked on the door before entering which I found slightly concerning.
Staff at the restaurant were ill-observant, failing to take our order and notice we were waiting.
The food quality was very poor in my opinion. I chose the Beef Tenderloin which was supposed to come with ‘salad’, which actually was a small portion of lettuce…
We had to go up and ask for the bill ourselves.
The hairdryer in the room attached to the wall works for 20 seconds before cutting out. When I asked reception they sent someone to turn it on u0026 off and say ‘it cuts out when it overheats’ …. I asked if they had an alternative, perhaps a cordless to which they replied ‘sorry, no’.
The quality of the breakfast is not fantastic as well as the other food available.
When requesting a menu via. room service we had to call 3 times before anyone proceeded to bring one.
The hotel itself is nice, including the room, hotel itself including the pool u0026 beach access. However the service we received has been very poor.
There also is not much nearby including a local supermarket within walking distance.

I strongly recommend this Resort, with All Inclusive of course. Location is pretty average (you would stay at the very end of a Resort zone, not feeling very safe for a night walk) but the resort itself and the staff are great. Enjoy an All Inclusive stay by the pool and on the beach... We spent 4 magnificent nights! Food is great, as you would not imagine for an All Inclusive. I strongly recommend the Hamburger ???? at The Kitchen. Gym was beyond the average. Alcohol could be better (they use a sweety low alcohol kind of bottles for All Inclusive drinks). Beer is ok.

I definitely recommend this Resort for a 3/4 nights stop, but only if you book an all inclusive stay.

More like a 3 star hotel than a 5 star resort, except for the price, which is expensive for Bali. It has great potential but everything seemed like half ready. Just few food and drink options and many of them were not available. Rooms are nice and big.
The location, while right in front of the beach, is one of the worse in the island, better go to Ubud or Kuta (or others).
The best of it is the staff that works and tries to help as much as they can

I liked a lot! Bali vibes, great breakfast and good seashore and swimming pool. It’s just a bit outside of Nusa Dua area, where the main Amelia hotel is Pilates, but is very nice for family holidays and calm rest. Very pleasant stuff!

Had a wonderfully relaxing 7 night stay here on the all inclusive package. Lovely staff! We loved our stay and are talking about how we hope to come back again!
