I stayed for 9 nights at the wonderful Sofitel Nusa Dua resort. From the moment of arrival, I was treated so well, all my needs and requests were taken care of.
The room I stayed in was clean, large enough, with a private plunge pool and very private in a good location close to the beach. Breakfast choices everyday were amazing, the range of different foods available was fantastic.
The staff are always very friendly and accommodate all and any requests.
I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone of all ages, there is something for everyone.

All has exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival was very quick and easy with check-in even with late arrival time. Very professional and polite the whole stay we have had. We were very lucky to have come across excellent service from all staff we have encountered. Would like to make special mention and thank you to Melina. Her service was amazing from the first encounter has made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for your place of accommodation. Food was fantastic especially the break buffet and all very well priced.

My toddler, husband and myself stayed at Sofitel for 10 days and we had the best time! The bedrooms are quiet, the beds and pillows are comfortable and they also provided a cot for my one year old. The buffet breakfast was amazing, so many options, wide variety of juices and coffee, everything yummy. We enjoyed all the different pools and the beach was nice. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Looking forward to come back :)

We had a wonderful experience at this place with my husband when we visited Bali in 2019. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed walking on the beach, relaxing massages by the beach ????, drinks by the pool and their delicious ???? and wide range of food from their breakfast buffet.
Their team was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us a list of recommendations of things to do while we were there.

This is one of the best resorts in the region. It is very new and well maintained. We got a basic bedroom and it was already very good as you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
The pools are the high point for sure! Kids pool was fantastic and our 18month old enjoyed so much!!

Perfect place when you want to stay at the hotel and just enjoying hotel itself and the beach! Great place for kids as well as they have pool and play ground. Also there are rooms joining with pool.
Staffs are very friendly.

Certainly there are few things need to be improved such as the buffet breakfast was a chaos. It was hard to find a table. But overall a pleasant stay.

Amazing place. Beautiful gardens, pool and facilities. It caters for everyone. For the gym fanatics to families and for those travelling alone or with friends. The Spa offers great choice of treatments or just a good place to relax and unwind. The staff is outstanding, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
