covid cancelled all trips to Bali for our wedding anniversayry in July 2020. I have tried to contact Awarta since flights have re-opened into bali...but no-one is responding. We paid them a lot of money and I never pursued a refund due to them asking for us to understand the postion the people of Bali were in and that a refund would mean people would not be paid. They promised they offer an open ended credit to be used when Bali re-opend and we were able to travel. We've done our bit..over to you Awarta..I await your call/email

I had the opportunity to stay there for 5 nights and I have to say, "amazing" doesn't even do it justice. Truly the World's Best Boutique Hotel. The staff really went above and beyond in terms of service. Absolutely loved everything: the breakfast menu, the pools, the Thevana spa...
It's the perfect hotel to stay in if you're looking to escape from life and relax. Definitely coming back sometime in the future.

This boutique hotel is amazing. The rooms were absolutely stunning; decorated with creative furniture that just boosts the calming ambience. The service was nothing short of impeccable. Guests were never left unattended, and the staff were also really polite and helpful.
Awarta is definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed in. Would very much like to come back here when I have the chance.

Unfortunately, our booking was cancelled by the hotel due to global restrictions in relation to Covid. However, since our booking in Aug 2020 we have tried to contact Awarta numerous times to process a refund or even a voucher, but they have failed to respond. This is not how a reputable company should be operating. I have tried to email various accounts, and even call them directly, but I have had no response in the last 6months! It may well be a lovely place to stay, but from my experience, the customer service is just not acceptable! Don’t expect them to be of any assistance if anything goes wrong!

My wife and I stayed her at the beginning of our honeymoon. It's expensive for Bali, but WOW, what a spot! They had a driver pick us up from the airport, and when we arrived, we felt a real sense of serenity. The guy showed us our villa and gave us a foot bath (salt water and a short foot massage)- this was awesome after 26 hours of traveling. Each villa has a large private space which is mostly outdoors. When you enter your space, you come into a large area with a pool, lounge chairs, gazebo, and a covered seating area. There's also an indoor seating area, and a completely separate bedroom / bathroom. The entire place had 3 outdoor showers, 1 indoor shower / bathroom. It was an incredibly romantic and relaxing way for us to start our honeymoon. Totally worth the money!

Awarta is located centrally in Nusa Dua and is close by to the beach, shopping centre and other 5 star hotels. The Villas are specious and secluded. All facilities within the Villas are modern clean and well-maintained. Both my wife and I visited Nusa Dua in the off-season so the hotel was low occupancy and our experience was quite good and private.

The hotel is equipped with a high quality spa with large spacious rooms the spa menu is comprehensive but some items are seemingly overpriced. Awarta has two main restaurants. Food at the restaurants including room service is as expected in a five star hotel. As with all hotels in Bali transfer costs very private car are considerably higher and my recommendation is to use a taxi or hire a Private driver for long expeditions. Service at the hotel is also is expected in a 5 star resort, staff are friendly courteous and our Butler was very helpful and proactive whilst allowing us to maintain our seclusion and privacy.

Awarta is a nice place and my wife and I enjoyed Nusa Dua.

There are a few things to note. I feel like I was ripped off with the laundry prices since it wasn't even done same day and I paid for same day service. I didn't have any clean t-shirts or underpants and that's the only reason I paid this high price. After complaining, they wouldn't make it up to me or give me a discount. Just a silly sorry and we'll get you your clothes. Be sure to go somewhere outside the hotel and you'll literally pay 10x less the price.

Coffee at the mini bar. For some reason I had to call them everyday and ask for the regular coffee since they'd only refill decaf I guess... It got really annoying having to call Dr reception for coffee pods everyday...
