covid cancelled all trips to Bali for our wedding anniversayry in July 2020. I have tried to contact Awarta since flights have re-opened into bali...but no-one is responding. We paid them a lot of money and I never pursued a refund due to them asking for us to understand the postion the people of Bali were in and that a refund would mean people would not be paid. They promised they offer an open ended credit to be used when Bali re-opend and we were able to travel. We've done our bit..over to you Awarta..I await your call/email
