Loved it !!!

This hotel gave you everything you expect from a 5 star hotel:

1. Great Staff: so friendly, so welcoming, so helpful. Such a hardworking and welcoming bunch who always brought a smile to our face

2. Great Location: Get out of the hotel and right across the road is the beach. Take a right and there is the mall. Take a left and see restaurants and bars. Located in such an ideal fun location that we just walked everywhere

3. Great facilities: No surprises that the beds, toilets and other hotel facilities were top notch. Even their transport services and restaurants were top notch. Just go to their rooftop sunset bar to see what I mean.

Highly recommended and worth every dollar we spent here !!!

If I could give more stars I would!

I had an ocean view room and enjoyed watching both sunrise and sunset every day. Walking to the beach was easy. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and well worth the extra charge.

Friendly staff and amazing service! Beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so much variety. The rooftop restaurant not only allowed you to watch the sunset over the beach but also served fantastic food. Would definitely come back and recommend :)

This hotel leaves me feeling so welcomed. I booked 2 nights stay in this hotel and was upgraded to a suite.
Although the place seems a bit "messy" because of some upgrade works, there was no inconvenience or noise caused which affected in any other way.
I loved the way the rooms are so clean and spacious, they don't look old and really has a good view of the beach and the sunset. It was so comfortable that I felt I could just chill and do nothing and relax in the room for the entire stay.
I was so welcomed I felt treated like I was home. I was politely addressed wherever I went to ensure that everything's been well taken care of.
The breakfast view and the spread was definitely amazing I kept ordering until I couldn't finish it but I still tried to finish them not to waste the food.
Really enjoyed my stay and this is definitely one of the best Marriott properties I have stayed in terms of location, rooms and hospitality.
The only feedback I had was that there was only 1 lift serving the guest rooms but it was definitely an efficient lift. The distance from the lift to the suite was definitely a long walk.
Also the suite was great in every way, especially the beach and the sunset view, but also came with a disadvantage that it could be a little noisy. Would be good to have better soundproofing, especially at night after 11pm when the roads were empty you have that random motorcycle speeding it could be quite a pain. Was awoken once in the middle of the night by the sound.
Kudos to the great team here for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable.

I booked 2 rooms, but only 1 room was ready when I checked in. Unfortunately when I reach the room that was "ready", it was still being clean. In the middle of the night, power went off for 1 of the room and had to walk all the way to the reception to inform them, they resolved the problem in 20 mins. Other than this 2 small incidents, the accommodation was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good especially the local Bali dishes. Good location with beach (very crowded) at the front of the hotel (no private beach) with a relatively large mall next to the hotel.

excellent place to stay with kids. huge variety for breakfast, with kids choice too.
very very friendly staff. very clean rooms. beautiful view of the ocean from their restaurant. almost all rooms have a view of the ocean.
cant go wrong with this place.

It's a pretty nice hotel. Good service! They have quick response when we need help.
I also highlighted Mr. Moh Ismail he's a manager in charge of the breakfast area. As I'm a typical person who eats slowly and always step by step in eating. So after yogurt, muesli, fruits then omelette and salads. I still need some slice of healthy breads but I need to back to my room soon. And He's very kind help me according to my needs. So I can have a meeting in my room while eating bread to fulfill my carbohydrate needs. So thankful for their service.
