Didn't sleep, but my mother did - and I spent time there. The bungalows in my opinion are dissapointing for the price - there are better ones out there. Unfortunately the toilet leaked into the back garden - not sure where the leak is in the system, but it would leak after every single flush. In all fairness, how would maintenance know, we didn't tell because it didn't really affect us.

The hotel is situated just of quiet road on Kuta beach, easy 3 min walk, that is prime location for sure.

Breakfast is decent, not amazing, or anything special. The local scooter rental guy let my mother borrow a helmet for the day (to ride on the back of my motorcycle. Very friendly. Staff also were nice, smiley and friendly.

Recommend if you want to be simple walking on the beach and don't mind paying a bit for it, this is a good place. Restaurant offers takeaway to your room. So yes, decent

A beautiful hotel for the price. It is on Poppies Lane II not even five minute walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious u0026 clean. There's a wide swimming pool with a bar. Loved the spread for breakfast buffet.. nice variation to the choices. Staff here is super efficient looking after your needs and making you feel just like home.

Disappointing
On arrival we were taken past a lovely Balinese style courtyard of rooms surrounding an inviting looking pool with swim up bar.
Yes we were led past this and down out the back to recently renovated western style rooms with a pokey little pool. The internet was so slow we thought of looking for carrier pigeons to speed up communications.
Clean and bright like a low budget hotel room at home. The walk out the back makes me feel like the hotel I am staying in is second class to the one booked.

We never thinking that Kuta is fit for us till we found this hotel. We feel like home. Among all the hotels in their rate, i believe that this hotel is the best. The location is just perfect! Just next to the biggest mall in Kuta (beachwalk mall) buuut in the same time also very quite, calm and peaceful. The staff is wonderful, the room is spacious and fit for family , the bed is super comfortable and what i like the most is the laundry service! It’s express but the price is very reasonable. Maybe the thing that need to improve is that the wifi is not the best, but if you don’t really need super speed wifi, then it’s ok. For sure we gonna back here if we come back to Kuta!

Very very bad hotel every thing is bad.
Staff is very rude.
They give no room service.
Stayed for 15 days in Bali in different different hotels this is polls apart from any other hotel.

We were here in april 2022, when Bali was slowly opening after the pandemic. Great, beautiful place. We had a deluxe room, with one of the most beautiful bathrooms in this pricerange. And a great " towelservice"!

Satriya is always our first choice for accommodation in Bali, the staff are absolutely fantastic and welcoming , the location is perfect, I can't recommend it highly enough
