I tried the croffle while walk around Kuta Beach, the pastry taste is standard with affordable price. The coffee is good. Worth to try if you want a snack or quick drink while walking in kuta beach

My wife and I love this restaurant and we go back at least once a month, we love the atmosphere , the staff and the Italian chef is a me amazing .
On Sunday they offer absolutely fantastic brunch menus, meat and fish are exceptional, is available also oysters and a small selection of sushi are never missing. there is also a selection of cheese and cold cuts. the dessert counter is super with really many choices.

I have come several times bringing friends and everyone has always gone out absolutely excited

Despite phenomenal service, I have to agree with a lot of the other commentary that the food here is pretty lacklustre. Dumplings for breakfast were hard and some of the other dishes were questionable, nevertheless there are plenty of options and my advice would be to order freshly prepared eggs and enjoy the fresh fruit

On arrival after being seated at an uncleared table, we waited for 15mins being consistently ignored and had to wave a staff member down to ask for menus and the table to be cleared.
Waited another 10mins for another staff member to come with menus and not clear the table. We were given the breakfast menus at 1105am when breakfast finishes at 1030am *sigh*.
Waiting again another 5mins, waved down another staff member to ask for correct menus and again request table to be cleared, we ordered coffees.
ABynother 10mins passed until yet another staff member came to take our food order. At this stage, 40mins after arrival, we decided not to eat here since the food looked quite mediocre. More importantly, our flight was in only 7 hours, at this rate we would be lucky to make it in time!!!
We would rather go and eat at mcdonalds for a quarter of the price. At least McDonalds understands the concept of customer service and the food is reliable.
Very disappointing and way off normal Sheraton standards. These guys need a new manager to organise the waitstaff into sections.
The coffee was surprisingly ok, but not worth the 45min wait.

Just back from new year eve dinner in this place, all are excelent, staffs are very friendly and welcoming, food were great, alot of option in buffet. First time in this restaurant and we are very happy there.

It was a very average experience this evening 12th Jan 2020. No leadership in the kitchen. Just a bunch of kids. Service and delightful staff was a plenty. But the quality of the food was medium to sub quality. Not a disaster but no wow factor at all. Pork ribs and duck very nice but lack of seasoning and sauces to compliment. Seafood was a mess. Lack of understanding hear with who is cooking the seafood products. Prawns are cooked with poo track not cleaned correctly. The prawn and calamari terribly over cooked. Ice cream machine is also struggling as it leaves 4 flavours off ice all melted. We got served slushy melted cream not a ball of ice cream.
I leave here a little disappointed and if I was offered dinner for free later in the week I would decline. Wouldn't come back sorry , the feast at the Sheraton is below par and has no excitement or wow factor in the dining experience. Very bland.

If you really like buffets you might like it. It's been my most expensive meal so far and the worst tasting. About 600k for two people. They have a good selection of options but none of them compare to the less expensive options near by.
