We visited the Bene restaurant for lunch on a day visit to the Sheraton Spa. The restaurant was quite peaceful and was nicely decorated and really clean. The service was really good as was the food we had. I opted for a burger even though it was an Italian restaurant. Really nice place to visit set above the Sheraton pool. Highly recommend

Such a disappointment. I was looking forward to visiting this place as I love Italian food and this restaurant looked very promising. The service is not at the right level. The security guard pointed as the wrong way to the entrance. While waiting for our food the waiter spilled a bottle of Corona onto another customer and then still brought that same bottle to the guy who ordered it. Awful. The tomato soup was basically ketchup with water and raw vegetables. I ordered salami pizza and I got a weird thing with half of onions and pieces of sausage. I am not coming back here.

Not really impressing... Window glass was dirty so that can't 100% enjoy good view. Price is of course not reasonable because it's a restaurant in the hotel.

If you want to to eat disgusting and expensive food - it’s the best place for it.
We’ve been waiting for only drinks at least 30min, the same for food, even if the half of menu was not available. Awful fresh juice, the worst bolonese in my life. I was really hungry but can’t finish my dish:( shame on you guys, never come again

Absolutely the best Italian restaurant in Bali, with home made pasta and authentic taste, the gnocchi are absolutely amazing. Add perfect service to the perfect food and you have an unforgettable experience. There's also a tasting menu available, that let's you taste multiple fantastic dishes at a bargain price. Would recommend to all Italian food lovers!
