Ozz Hotel Kuta

If you want good service in low budget, then this is the hotel for you to stay in kuta. It's calm and less crowded. Breakfast buffet has simple but delicious items. Also their restaurant food was tasty. Swimming pool was big enough. Only thing I would like to suggest is that their rooms need more lights. It was bit dark for me. And also the sink is outside the bathroom. Ac doesn't cool the room well.

We wanted our safe key but they wouldn't give it to us. The room is fairly well lit except in the evening. There is a shady shortcut which lets you get to the beach quickly (and allows strangers to gain easy access to the place) , but it's not quite as shady as the main entrance. There's a pool but I steered clear of it, and you should too. The welcome drink was unwelcoming. Nonetheless the hotel is cheap and the staff is not rude.

TV doesn't work, sink, telephone, doesn't work at all, not hot water at shower. I don't get mineral water in the room. I planed to stay for 7 days, only survive for one night. I move to other hotel, and at the other hotel. I get upgrade room to junior suite, 2 TVs , bathtub, hot water. It was good decision to move. Now I have the problem to refund.

The rooms are cozy and simple, still carrying the touch of Bali culture. It's location is convenient to the Kuta beach area and the main city. Quite close to the airport so very nice.
Best part about it are the kind, friendly, and accommodating staff. From our check-in to check out to letting us stay for almost another 12 hours to await our flight, they were always looking out for our comfort. Will be our go to stay at Kuta :)

The hotel is pretty old and needs renovation. We weren't satisfied with the room cleanness as we felt dust on the floor and mattress so we asked for another room but they replied all rooms are in same condition and managed cleaners to clean it up again. The buffet breakie doesn't offer much optios but it's ok. Although the staff and cleaners are friendly and helpful and the cost is pretty low but the hotel room condition is not satisfying. Did I say I had to kill cockroaches in the bathroom almost every morning?

I stayed there for two nights. In the reception there is a girl. I never saw that much helpful staff in my life. When we check in into our room the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly so they change the room to another room. In the second room the air conditioning takes a lot of time to become cool so that girl gives her own stand fan into our room. So everything was fine. Rooms are very big. Within the price we get a very good deal.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. We booked the double deluxe room: very very dirty room, hair on the floor, sand on the bed, dirty bathroom, stained bedding sheets, mold smell and malfunctioning air conditioner too weak only ventilated, not cold (Bali has 30 degrees celcius).

We asked to change the room and the front desk staff said there was no other room available as they were full booked. When we asked for the money back, two rooms came up to look at, but the air conditioning didn't work either.

In the "new" room the phone didn't work when I needed to call reception and ask for a rubbish bin for the bathroom because it didn't have one.
I went to the reception to asked for the rubbish bin, it took a long time to arrive, I asked another staff and he did not speak English and did not understand me.

We had booked for 7 days but stayed only one night until we found a new hotel. Impossible to stay in this "3 star" place.
No water pressure at all, air conditioners are too weak, towels look dirty. The mattress is soft like jelly. Facilities are broken and don't get repaired. Don't waste your money there!
