My husband u0026 I stayed here 4 nights, visiting from Perth. We got to the hotel at 2:30Am and the reception staff are so friendly, helpful u0026 kind. The room was clean, tidy u0026 the AC was cold. Housekeeping was so friendly u0026 caring.
The breakfast was great - toast, jams, juice, noodles, assorted vegetables u0026 meat. Eggs can be made on request.
The highlight was the rooftop bar u0026 pool! Happy hour runs from 4 - 6pm, so a great opportunity to enjoy a cocktail in the pool.

My only suggestion would be to fix the tiles in the pool as someone could cut their foot on loose or broken tiles.

Great small hotel! Staff are so friendly they're like family. They even surprised me on my birthday with a cake and song. Everything you can ask for they will help. Food is affordable and drinks too. The rooftop pool is really nice, can watch the sunset. Large renovated rooms. Shops, stalls, beautcians, spa, taxis right on your doorstep.

What a lovely hotel to spend our holiday.
The place was really strategic and near the beach. The room was large and cleaned everyday.
The staff here are excellent.
Thank you so much for your hospitality, especially for my birthday cake surprise.

The pool is awesome.
Location great.
But the service has issues.
Our booking search was for 2 adults 1 child. So we were surprised when a single bed room was offered. No problem, we are easy to please - we sent an email request for a single/child's mattress on the floor.
We requested airport pick up. On arrival,
No pick up.
No mattress.
Ako, on reception showed no interest in locating a mattress for us. He wanted to do it in the morning. Let my daughter sleep on tiles. After 15 minutes battling his apathy and only after raising the voice and threatening to wake the manager did he relent and find a mattress. Take it to our room.
The next morning we find a stack of them in the corridor.
He told us all restaurants were closed now. I went to bed starving without dinner. Yet I find out the next day that a 2 minute walk would have found me a convenience store and fast food outlet.
I have never encountered such lack of interest in a Balinese. Most will go out of their way in helping you. And with a beautiful smile.

Pros: Nice room, clean and tidy. Nice bathroom with a bathtub, great location in Kuta, breakfast is fairly enough.
Cons: Lobby is dark (which i am not sure if this is a concern for someone else)

Great service, great location, great room. Place is located near tourism spots, and shopping plots. You can take 5 mins walk from here to Kuta beach. The hotel service is also great. They also have a rooftop swimming pool. Room is also clean and neat, although the tv channel is a little bit weird. Visited at a discount rate and it is not a bad deal at all.

Very good hotel near to beach,
4 stars for room and bathroom, and yes the bathtub is of good size, removed 1 star as some room may have some bad odour but do ask the Hotel Service team to get it removed, apart that
