Had a credit from Covid. Terrible room, had interconnected room, could here people next door, not ideal. Asked to be moved. We were given a room I agreed to which I thought would be quiet and better near the pool in the old section. Was not told we had no hot water for shower, was told this could not be fixed. After having no pool towels, no pool bar, mould around spa in pool, children from outside of hotel having swimming lessons in the pool. They suggested we move again. Was not confident in this hotel. We stayed 1 night decided to eat there, what a mistake, fish was black inside I sent it back, she said I didn’t have to pay. Next morn flys all around breakfast area. Terrible breakfast. Moved out next morn and was advised that I would lose my credit for 7 nights. Didn’t care, this hotel is terrible, still waiting from April to hear from Meliá in regards to this place
