Great location very close to the beach and market. Good value. My experience was OK. No breakfast included, and the king size bed is like two beds combined, u can feel the separation between the two. I was alone so no issue but couples might find it annoying. The AC was not cold and it took forever to feel a good temperature in the room. That was uncomfortable. The water made a pool in the shower and didn't go to the drainage, which was slightly annoying but not a big deal for me. I think the other rooms should be fine. I like the long pool in the middle with the open courtyard in the middle. Value for money with the location I would give it 4.

The hotel location and it's view is really beautiful ❤️. Swimming pool is clean 24/7. But however the rooms are neither very clean not beautiful.

Breakfast they offer u in the morning is only 35000 idr. I tried it one time and it was served in a dirty plate also it wasn't delicious at all.

Staff is good and also speaks English.
Good place to live with a reasonable budget and also it's near to the kuta beach.

Their phones doesn't work and there's no food in the hotel.

This place has so much potential but is in a need of a serious renovation. The rooms are dirty, so is the bathroom. The walls are so thin that we were able to hear people talking from three rooms down. The pool is amazing, but was also dirty. Our swimsuits were green after swimming here from some algae or something. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Shame as there is a lot of potential here..

Positives
- cheap rooms with aircon and nice pool

Cons
- Staff seem lazy, no offer for housekeeping during the stay, had to ask reception for bottles of water and fresh towels. I'm not sure if the staff are underpaid and overworked, but OYO need to take responsibility, we had to change rooms as first one had no running water and both rooms very dirty. Plates were left outside hotel rooms and never collected as a result pests were present.

Lots of mosquitos in the ground floor room we stayed in, had to fog the room to get rid. We bought spray and fogged the room only to find there were also Australian Cockroaches there too.

Pool was beautiful, however dirty and a top layer bugs and other debris and slimey scum found on the stairs leading into the pool.

Asked for table and chairs for the balcony, had to go three separate times to reception to request, which became annoying..

At the end of the day when you are spending £12 a night it's never going to be perfect, but at a minimum rooms should be clean and staff need to want to work here. The hotel has so much potential, but should be embarrassed to call this their 'flagship hotel'.

Having stayed all across asia in rooms around this price point it has been a very disappointing stay.

he hotel is in need of a revamp but for the price you cannot complain; Comfortable bed, aircon and a lovely pool.

A bit of money spent on this hotel and they could command much higher prices. I would also note that overall the hotel is not the cleanest.

We really enjoyed our stay in the OYO Oasis Kuta Hotel. The location is great, on a lively street with many shops and restaurants, close to Kuta Art Market and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel rooms themselves all have a balcony or terrace with pool view, a comfy kingsize double or twin bed + a separate sofa, aircon (ours worked well), a mini fridge, TV, hot shower, towels provided - for us as low budget travelers who normally stay in hostels it felt like luxury! ;) Staff very friendly, just some of them don't speak English that well but we were always able to communicate our needs somehow! :) The infinity pool is terrific (very long and with many sunbeds available), and there's a restaurant/bar within the hotel facilities as well (that we never used, so can't judge it). We booked our room through Agoda and paid between 9-13€/night which was totally worth it for this great hotel!! ????HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!????????????

Rooms are small with little natural light. If you are above 5ft tall you can't sit on the toilet unless you sit sideways because of a ball directly in front of it. Pool side furniture is literally falling appart. Corridors full of rubbish. It is such a shame all of these things are falling apart, the hotel is in quite a good location, it is supprisingly quiet for the area and has a huge pool, just need a lot of tlc.
