My wife and I had our first ever surf lessons here. They were upfront with the price (350k each - competitive in the area) for a 1-on-1 lesson each. Much needed with out lack of skills! The instructors were brilliant, patient, informative and pushing us when required. Would highly recommend!

BE CAREFUL with your belongings in the lockers. After some days of leaving my things inside the lockers, I realized everyday after I was missing some cash. They’re so “smart” that just take some notes so you don’t realize. The last day I leave it on I way I would realize if they put their hand inside my bag and they did. Disgusting. They touched and moved all my things looking for money.

When I complained, the owner became extremely aggressive, at a point I got scared and just left.

I talked about this situation to some people also renting there and they realized they were doing the same with them.

Not honest scary people.

Don't rent a board here if you can surf. Unfortunately, I tried renting a longboard here twice for cruising on the smaller days. Both felt like surfing a door. You can't expect an excellent board from a rental, but every other longboard I've rented in the area has been super fun, turned well etc. I came back after 15 minutes to switch to my own shortboard because the longboard I had rented was a joke. I asked for some of the money back, they told me no refund, it's my fault that I've changed my mind. Big difference from the super nice guys in the shops at Batu bolong parking.

Really kind teacher with patience and good advices.

Really nice first experience and gave me the will to learn further !

Great place to learn surfing.
Long left and lazy right, just like John John sad. ❤️
Name of the place is so accurate, becouse russians over took this place and now you can see all kinds here, starting from Kooks, to not so local surf instructors.
Fun wave with some 7footers.

I had a couple of amazing days with Komang who was an amazing teacher. Really patient, safe and hilarious! Most importantly he got me surfing more waves than I ever have in the past! Looking forward to coming back here soon

Did a private lesson with Sam, what an amazing, compassionate and competent teacher!
