Apartments are nice and big and a reasonable price. Quality of rooms excellent and close to many of the restaurants of Echo Beach. Good to drop by and look at the place nice and quiet boutique hotel. Staff and facilities really good and happy to help out. If you want a quiet and hassle free time this is the place to be.

The Good: We stayed in the Penthouse Apartment (Jarrah), which was huge and very flash. The 3 deck areas allow you to relax outdoors and enjoy the 360 degree views. We liked the air-conditioning and TV's in both bedroom and lounge areas. Staff helped with luggage up and down the stairs. Perfect location - close to beach, cafes, shops, convenience store, and liquor store. It's on a quiet street, 50m off Batu Bolong (main street). Great WiFi as each room has its own router. Security on-site 24/7.

The Not-So-Good: The breakfast was non-existent and lets down the hotel rating. Despite many negative comments, management hasn't taken any action. All you get is instant coffee and a slice of toast, and if you wanted anything more you had to pay extra (and more than you would in the nearby cafes for the same/better meal). It would have been more honest just to say that this property didn't provide any breakfast. Also, the bed had a ridiculous frame around the outside which was very kick-able. The penthouse room is only suitable for the young and fit as it's 3 storeys - lounge on ground level, bedroom and bathroom on second, then sun loungers/bed on thirds. Small towels in kitchen and hand-towel in bathroom would have also been helpful.

Amazing beautiful big villa at the Echo Beach area...Super spacious and close by the beach as well...

A basic place to stay close to the beach. Nothing special, no views, small pool area. However the staff were very friendly and helpful, and kept the place very clean.

Great room facility and price. Standard bfast, better u make ur own or buy to resto nextdoor. Staff r helpfull. The bathroom layout a bit strange

A nice place to stay, close walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. All the things you need.

Was a shame about the construction next door, makes the road outside horrible and trucks driving past frequently.

Brilliant location and very central..roof top terrace in penthouse provides amazing veiws of sunrise and sun set..breakfast is the only downside to accommodation, coffee and toast, yes I said toast, that all u get but with kitchen facilities u can make your own delicious brekkie ???? only 2 min from beautiful beaches so thumbs up from me
