The staffs are very very helpful and friendly.
I will be staying here again no doubt. It’s walking distance to everything. Restaurants, cafes, street shops, shopping malls; you name it.

There were some that weren’t working in the room such as the kettle for example but that didn’t bother me too much as we booked 2 rooms and I just grabbed the kettle from the other room.
Also the plug on the tub isn’t really blocking the tub drain so I just showered with baby instead of giving her a bath.
But anyway, I’m sure these will be resolved if you ask them. I just didn’t bother as I found ways to do things that I wanted to do in regards to the above mentioned.

Overall, it’s a very nice stay. From the security outside to the cleaners. All very friendly and helpful.
Recommend this place big time.

Perfect stay during pandemic.. a calm and relaxing resort on the busy road. Beach just across the street, walking distance to beachwalk mall and stores. We got free room upgrade to cottage type, room is spacious, super clean, terrace is nice and filled with beautiful plants. Swimming pool is clean and comfy.. the breakfast here has limited choices but the taste is quite good and it's acceptable since they only had few guests during pandemic, moreover they have lowered their rates a lot to survive. Staffs are great, so friendly and helpful..

We have been here several times over 15 years. Yes it's an older hotel, but that is part of why we love it. The location is excellent and the teens have been able to explore on their own. The food in the restaurant is great with awesome vibes of an evening. Our sincere thanks to Mariani who looked after some small issues for us with grace and consideration. With a little TLC the hotel would get 5 stars, the staff are already 5 stars!!

Awesome! Very nice hotel, although a little bit outdated. Needs some attention on the details. Very dirty and rusty shower curtains. Yellow stained toilet seat. Gross water cooker. Poor water pressure. Sometimes nobody at the front desk. But the gardens are beautiful. And the breakfast is not so special, just enough. People are very kind and also the pool is great.

One of the best places I've ever been with my low budget .. the location is perfect ,staff are more than amazing and they actually upgraded my room without any extra charges.!!! And the breakfast is just wow

I highly recommend this place and definitely will come back again ❤️❤️❤️

Would not recommend.
Upon arrival there was an issue with our booking not being confirmed by our travel agency. This happens, however we were made to wait for two hours with staff lacklustre in dealing with the booking , offering us a drink or giving us access to WiFi while it was being dealt with. After moving to a room which overlooks what is best described as an alley view as opposed to a sea view , we struggled to get hold of reception and found no mini bar (which we were happy to pay for). Also no room service available. We spent more time at the hotels in Seminiyak paying to have lunch there and lounging at their pools than we did at Kuta Seaview. Having spent some time in Bali at a view resorts this one did not crack their “4 star rating” . 3 Stars at best, our experience however was 1 star.

Glancing at the reviews, I had made 6 nights non-refundable booking from 14 - 20th July 2022 at this hotel, but we left this place after one night (never mind the money wasted) for several reasons below. The pictures will do most of the talking.

1) The rooms were very dusty. There was dust all over the room - on the bed, table, chair, TV everywhere. The pillows and cushions had hair which was a tell-tale sign that the room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. I gave them the benefit of doubt and highlighted it to the receptionist. They said that they will clean the room but it was not done even after we returned to the room after a few hours

2) The toilet was not cleaned thoroughly. The toilet flush was chocked and was not flushing properly

3) The mini fridge looked like from the stone age, was stinking and so was the aircon.

4) Heck, the walls didn't even have a frame as shown on the website. Either we were given the worst room of the lot or the pictures on the website are very deceiving. There are no bathtubs for the Delux room too (the pictures on the website say otherwise)

5) Check-in process: I should have noticed this as the first sign of the upcoming experience, but again gave them the benefit of the doubt. After we checked in, we were asked to wait till someone would guide us to the room. Much later, another family arrived, checked in and was asked to wait in the lobby too. When the hotel porter came, he was asked to guide the other family first while we waited for another 20 minutes. I would have not taken it so seriously, but I was travelling with a 3-year-old toddler who wanted to rest. Later, l noticed that the family was also staying in the same block as we were. So, I am not sure how they profile their guests. It was certainly not the case of premium booking.

Net net, the overall experience was very depressing and defeating the purpose of a holiday. So, I booked another hotel nearby on the 15th July, forfeting my room rent Kuta seaview hotel. The new booking came at quite a price because of the late booking, but it was worth it instead of staying at Kuta Seaview.

This has been the worst hotel experience in my travel record ever, and I have stayed at some very cheap hotels during my younger, solo travelling days to qualify this statement. I will never visit this place even if offered for free.

The only good points about this hotel are that its close to beach and have a good breakfast spread, but my sincere advice would be to aviod this palce if you are travelling with family. But if you are looking for a place to crash after the party, this place will suffice.
